The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is promptly at 10:00 AM on departure day. This allows our cleaners to get in and thoroughly clean the condo before the next renter checks in.
Please leave condo in the condition as you arrived besides what the cleaners need to do. Any dishes should be either washed and put away or in the dishwasher ready to be washed.
Fridge and cupboards should be cleaned out of all food. If you can please do a load or two of towels before you leave this will tremendously help the cleaners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a nice property in a great location. The unit is a little dated but the location on the beach is perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place right on the beach!

This place was beautiful. There were full views of the beach from the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and even the master bathroom. Also had lots of amenities (even tons of sunblock from past guests) and a storage locker on the ground floor with a cart, beach chair, umbrellas, toys, etc. This place had everything you could ever need for a beach vacation. Would definitely stay here again next time we travel to Naples!

Perfect Beachfront Vacation

This rental is home away from home with an added bonus of amazing beachfront views. The condo is spacious, modern and has everything you need. We loved the privacy of the beach and had great weather the entire week. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers all provided and makes beach days easy and relaxing. Sea Chase is truly "Paradise"!

Sea Chase condos on Vanderbilt Beach, Naples, FL is an ideal vacation location for a couple or family with two children! One has only to walk a few yards to one of the best beaches in SW FL or drive a short distance to outstanding shopping, dinning, or entertainment sites. Our only regret: We could only stay two weeks in "Paradise"!

The space was gorgeous with the most amazing sunsets and perfect for our family of four! This condo is in the best location and we walked to Buzz’s, the Ritz, LaPlaya, and The Turtle Club for cocktails and dining. It was clean with plenty of dish-ware (beach themed!), comfortable lanai chairs, and many pluses that I simply can’t list them all! The owner was amazing and available to answer any questions. It is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. We are retuning!

Amazing property, steps from Vanderbilt Beach, with lovely pool. Spotless condo, beautiful sunsets on the huge balcony. Everything you need at your disposal. Beach chairs and umbrella for your use. An Excellent Holiday Stay

The property was just what my wife and I were looking for. The condo was very nice and comfortable with an amazing view of the beach and gulf. It had everything we needed for a great week. The beds were comfortable, and it had all the extra amenities. The beach was great and not crowded. They had an umbrella, chairs, and a wagon to pull everything. Even though we had clear skies and sunshine all week, the cover parking was a plus also. The check in and out process was very easy. We definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

We originally discovered SeaChase while looking for an alternative to an extended stay at the nearby The Ritz-Carlton, Naples and were immediately struck by the advantages of a spacious 1,500 sq. ft. beachfront condo compared to a typical 350 sq. ft. hotel room. The comfort, privacy, and breathtaking Gulf views made it an easy choice.

Sea Chase is perfectly located between The Ritz-Carlton, Naples and LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, both just a short stroll down the beach and wonderful spots to enjoy lunch, dinner, or a sunset drink. The iconic beachfront The Turtle Club is also just a few buildings away.

Unlike crowded hotel beaches, Sea Chase offers a peaceful setting where the pool and beachfront are never overcrowded, allowing guests to truly relax and enjoy the beauty of Vanderbilt Beach in Naples, Florida.
