TOP FLOOR: two bedrooms, each with full attached bathroom. One has a 55" Roku TV and King bed, while the other features a queen bed. In addition, a laundry room is also available for guest use.
MIDDLE FLOOR: Kitchen, dining area, powder room, living area, and patio with grill. 65" Roku TV provided with attached Super Nintendo (SNES) to relive some nostalgic games! Living room also has an electric fireplace installed. Dining area seats 6, with an additional 2 chairs at the island.
GROUND LEVEL: Bedroom with office set up to work from home. Additional full bathroom also available. Garage and front door access.
Access is through a unique keycode that will be assigned and shared with you shortly before checking in. Once checked-in, you will have access to the full home, plus 2-stall attached garage. Additional parking is available in 2 shared spaces across from our home. Please note that large SUVs (e.g., Suburban) will be too large to fit in the garage.

Located in the NW Denver suburbs, Arvada is a great place to set up base camp for a wide variety of activities! We are a 10-15 minute drive or Uber from most of Denver's attractions. Red Rocks theater is 20 minutes away and Boulder is 25 min.
PARKING: Guests have access to a 2-car garage for the duration of their stay, although please note that full-size SUVs (e.g., Suburbans) are too long. If the garage will not fit your vehicle, we share two parking spots across the street with other homes on Benton St. A third option if those locations are full is to park on the residential street about a block away.
PUBLIC TRANSIT: The 60th and Sheridan light rail (G Line) stop is a 10 minute walk away. From there, Olde Town Arvada is the next step to the West and 3 min away. Heading East, Union Station (downtown Denver) is 20 min away.
AIRPORT: Denver International (DEN) is ~30 minutes away via car or ~1 hour via train, which requires a train change at Union Station downtown.
SKIING: Enjoy access to world-class skiing within 2 hours: ~1 hour - Arapahoe Basin, Eldora ~1.5 hours - Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Winter Park ~2 hours - Vail, Beaver Creek

Our family had a great stay here. It was very clean, check in and check out was a breeze. It was a good central location for us with everything we wanted to see. Luca answered every question we had very quickly, usually within a few minutes and checked in with us a couple times to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Thank you for a great stay!
One of the cleanest and well stocked VRBO/Air BNB's we have stayed in. The kitchen had all the utensils and cooking things you could need. All were in good condition and plenty of dishes. Everything worked well. Owner was super nice and very quick with communication. Great location for the Arvada/Denver Area. Only advice bring Shopping bags!
The house was very clean, new appliances,spacious and nicely decorated without unnecessary clutter. The beds were comfortable. The televisions (Roku) worked well. Clear instructions on features in the house were provided. The owner was responsive when contacted. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend a stay to others.
