Nice property, well stocked,very good location

Our family was in Wilmington for UNCW graduation. The home had everything we needed, plenty of space, was very clean, and always 10-12 minutes from where ever we needed to be. Nice quiet street. Home owner was very responsive.

Bridal Party

My daughter got married at Bakery 105. We rented this house for her and her bridal party so that they could be together and have a nice place to get ready on the BIG day. This house was PERFECT. So clean and the girls all raved how cute it was

Awesome homecoming

The house was beautiful, super clean and all the amenities needed to have a great time. The owner was quick with responses and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this property to everyone!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!

Highly recommended

This house has all you need in a quiet, safe neighbor close to downtown and many other sites. Large living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Nice firepit and chairs. Everyhing was very clean.
