Newly renovated 1912 home in the Soda Pop District of downtown Wilmington, NC . Everything is brand new! Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced in backyard and inviting front porch. This property is only blocks from historic downtown Wilmington, breweries and bars, as well as some of the finest restaurants in the city. Downtown Riverwalk, convention center, and Live Oak Bank Pavillion are a short 5 minute drive away. The Soda Pop District offers Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forna Pizza and Gelato, Bowstring Brewyard and more! Only 10 minutes to UNCW campus and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.
Pets are welcome! There is a washer and dryer onsite and sheets and towels are provided.

The home is beautifully decorated and the upgrades are amazing. The home has a cozy feel and the beds were very comfortable. The home is fully stocked with items you may need. My friend and I loved this house, there wasn’t a thing we would have changed! Very clean and cozy and has everything you need. Our Lyft rides to downtown were all very affordable and a few places even walking distance.
