Let the view from the private balcony dazzle you as the sun sets over the Cape Fear River and the USS North Carolina, a National Historic Landmark. This sixth-floor riverfront condo is the perfect home base for experiencing all that Wilmington has to offer. You'll be within walking distance of all of the city's most significant sights and countless top-tier restaurants.

If you opt to take any of your meals at home, you'll have access to a well-equipped full kitchen that will make meal prep a breeze. Choose between a romantic dinner for two at the dining table and the casual atmosphere of the three-seater breakfast bar. If you can't get enough of the cityscape, bring your plate out to the balcony's bistro table.

Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a private washer/dryer and central AC. We provide a free parking space in a deck about a block away. You can park in the adjacent parking lot while loading / unloading.

Very happy with my stay. The unit was incredibly clean. Check-in and instructions for accessing the unit were very clear. Could not ask for better communication with the host. This is one of the best spots to stay in Wilmington. Great views from the covered balcony and very convenient to all of the places you want to walk to in downtown. The condo was a wonderful place to stay. It’s well-appointed and very well maintained and the hosts are very responsive. Even though on our last day in Wilmington there was a steady rain, we enjoyed spending time in the condo itself. And the view of the river and the riverwalk was a pleasure! The condo is very convent to downtown. You can walk to restaurants, bars and stores in about 5 minutes. The hosts left coffee which was really nice. The bed was comfy and we slept great. You have a wonderful view of the river and the battleship and the river walk is right in front of the building. You really couldn’t ask for a better location.

This Condo was one of the nicest places we've stayed at in all the years we've been using VRBO. I say this because it had everything we needed. The bed and pillows and bedding was so comfy, we slept very well. Had a night light in the bathroom, which I usually forget to bring one. Had a blow dryer and even a flat iron! The linens were very fluffy and big and plentiful. The chair in the living room, reclined and the couch was very comfy too. Love having a TV in the living room and bedroom! The view was pretty, the location was perfect. The noise level from neighbors was almost none! I would highly recommend staying here and when we go back we'll stay here again for sure!! Ate a pizza and salad that we picked up from Mellow Mushroom, which were fantastic! No complaints about this unit at all! So easy to get into with the codes, no keys was so nice.
