We come down every March and November when it’s cold up North and lovely here. We’re looking for sun and seafood, and this place has it in spades. With the sunny deck overlooking the river and 8 of our favorite bars and restaurants within a block walk, this place is absolutely perfect!

Riverfront Vacation

We stayed for 7 nights to get away from the Northeastern cold and rain. View, location, and stay of this VRBO was perfect. It’s our third visit to the historic district and so far my favorite place to stay!

It was very nicely laid out and many extras included to make our stay comfortable. While it was expected, bar was loud till 2:00am, but we managed through. Deck was also a great, inviting asset!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Noise from the bar didn’t bother me but the garbage truck, street sweeper, and tree cutters woke us up but ear plugs and sound machines were generously supplied. Overall great place to stay when visiting Wilmington.
