Breathtaking 4 bedroom gem freshly renovated gem with amazing backyard in heart of Wilmington. Minutes from UNCW, downtown and Wrightsville Beach! The whole family will LOVE this house. Beautiful and abundantly stocked kitchen. High speed internet, comfortable beds, linens and fully stocked Keurig Pod/ Drip machine Combo! Brand new renovation! Enjoy sitting outside by the fire table, playing cards, horse shoes or cornhole. Washer dryer and quality, comfortable linens/towels provided. Easy access with keycode. No key needed.
@ bedrooms have kings, the 3rd a queen and the 4th double bunk twins. Please note this is a split level house. 5 stairs up and 5 down. If you have issues with stairs, please check my other listings. We have lovely apartments and a gorgeous 4 bedroom home with an elevator :) Please check our reviews, we take tremendous pride in what we do :) You will have access to myself and my assistant Courtney 24/7. we ALWAYS answer our phones day or night.

Our host Steve was exceptional and came over within 10 minutes of our request for help. The house was clean with an easy layout and lots of lounge space. Hotub was great at night. Everything we needed was there.

Excellent stay, the owner is available and communicates well. The kitchen is nice, so were the bedroom. The pillows were a stand out for me, really comfortable and didn't give me a neck ache the days after. Really clean, you can tell the owner makes sure the space is kept well. The backyard was cool, nice space to sit outside for coffee or enjoy a drink.

Great stay

We stayed to attend my father’s 70th birthday. The location was easy and convenient to the airport and to highways. Having all of the out of towners stay in one place was a plus.

Great Stay

This is the second property of Steve’s we have stayed at and it was perfect. Had everything we needed for the weekend and Steve is amazing at communicating and getting back to you super fast. Would recommend any property of Steve’s! Always a nice stay.

The house was nice, very spacious backyard and decorated very well. There was a lot of dirt in the house however. It covered the floors everywhere downstairs and was even in the sheets of the master bed. Our feet were filthy from walking around barefoot so we had to sweep the floors. No other issues with the house

Great Property, Great Price

Steve was an absolute pleasure. Super easy to communicate with and friendly. This place is definitely a hidden gem of Wilmington. Not too far from many hotspots, quiet area, and an exceedingly fair price for what you get inside. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect stay for a group of 10 people! The listing was very accurate and the house was perfect. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful starting the minute we booked the place! They provided towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, hair dryers, and hangers in the bathrooms and closets. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor patio due to weather, but it looked like a nice area with a fire table, couch, chair, picnic table, and some outdoor games. Highly recommend staying here with a large group of people!

Roomy House central Wilmington

A cute, quirky house located in an excellent location to be central to everything in Wilmington. We very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for a large group. A note to anyone looking. The house is a split level so you will be climbing stairs no matter what. There are some odd step downs\ups but the owner has done a good job marking them. Just be aware if you have young or old members in your group.
