We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great with easy access to downtown. The condo was so comfortable and well maintained. Kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. We would highly recommend!
Loved this place and definitely recommend itt. Great location and the place is comfortable and has everything you would need. Plenty of towels comfy beds and furniture. Very very clean
Lots of neighboring conveniences - restaurants, historic sites, free parking, pleasant walks. Condo was spacious, bright, clean, and everyone friendly.
We had a short stay but the place was darling and clean with comfortable beds. The fourth floor has a fun view of all the goings on below. Really a neat place within walking distance to just about everywhere! A really quiet street too. Like the condo Wilmington is the neatest cutest charming city I’ve seen in a long while and we have traveled all over the globe! The condo is on a street with fun little eateries all up and down the street-from donuts and coffee to soups and a funky bar! You can’t be disappointed
We were in town for a concert at Live Oaks. The walk to that was short, little less than 15 min, and easy with sidewalks, crossing lights and fairly flat. We also enjoyed the access to so many great bars, cafes and restaurants, some only steps away while the heart of downtown is about a 20 min walk. The place was very spacious and comfortable making visiting with friends delightful. Cooked a seafood boil and other than the very large pot I brought from home, they had all the kitchen items I needed. The cherry on the top was the most amazing shower in the master bath. Spa level jets and all of our friends had to try it. So nice! I think other posts that mention trouble with that shower are only because they might not have been able to figure it out….does kinda look like spaceship controls.
We loved our stay at the Brooklyn Arts District Condo! The condo was bright and clean. We loved the ability to bring our dogs and the fantastic grassy area next to the building.
Great overnight stay in the Brooklyn Arts District!
My wife and I, along with another couple were in town for a wedding over the weekend and had booked this property for our stay. Despite some booking issues on my end, we had a fantastic stay. The property owner was extremely helpful and understanding with the problems I was having, and even managed to get us checked in early with enough time to eat, get ready, and make it to the wedding on time! The property is very clean, comfortable, secure, and in a great neighborhood in downtown Wilmington with tons of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance of the property. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!
Very nicely appointed condo! Roomy and updated. The property manager was having trouble successfully communicating with VRBO to send us our check in info, but did manage to send it to us directly via email. They were friendly and apologetic. There were two major issues; 1) The building is across from a bar. Very noisy into the wee hours of the morning. If you're younger, you may be okay with this. 2) The shower in the master bathroom was way too hot! The temperature couldn't be adjusted, no matter how much we tried. We all had to use the shower in the hallway bathroom. Other than that, a nice stay.
My stay was wonderful. My only complaint was the master shower did not have any hot water. Short of the brisk start to each morning I enjoyed everything else.
I really enjoyed our stay and had no issues. The place was clean and the master bedroom shower is phenomenal! There was 7 of us and we felt we had olenty of space. It was perfect for our gug that hight in Wilmington, had we gotten a hotel we wouldn't have been able to sit and talk with each other comfortably. My only complaint was that we couldn't get an earlier check in or later check out. Though the property owner tried it was based on the cleaning schedule. But still 5 star review!
The unit was clean and comfortable, very well cared for and exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the location and walked to eat and explore downtown Wilmington. There were no check in instructions provided for Wifi which was an issue for logging into work, but once we asked, the password was provided. There were some minor issues, but if it's a new short term rental, hopefully they'll be resolved. Overall, a great little condo!
The floors were sticky. My 3 year old niece’s feet were black after walking on the floor barefoot. There was a substance on the comforter that was very questionable. The temperature in the master shower we weren’t able to adjust it. The place itself was very cute. Wish it was cleaned better. If I’m paying a cleaning a fee, I feel the place should be clean when I arrive.
