Stay in the heart of downtown and enjoy the skyline and river view through the large sliding glass doors or from the charming balcony. Riverview Penthouse is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a romantic getaway because it's quiet and peaceful on the 8th floor. However, you're just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and the downtown Riverwalk. Parking is available at a parking deck just one block away, and we highly recommend just leaving your car there and walking or taking an uber as parking can be challenging.

Riverview Penthouse is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with all of the modern amenities you need. Check in anytime with contactless, keyless entry and clear instructions. The private condo boasts high ceilings and has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony with stellar views. Snacks and bottled water await your arrival. The living room has a large TV with cable, comfortable couch, and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, towels, soaps, sponges, Keurig coffee machine with regular and decaf pods, and the basics like salt, pepper, and oil. It also features a 6 stage reverse osmosis water filtration unit so you can enjoy your fill of fresh water. The bathroom is clean with fluffy towels, nice individual soaps, a steaming shower head with nice water pressure, and a cloth shower curtain that is frequently laundered. The newer king size bed has a comfortable mattress and a fully encapsulating mattress protector and quality pillows with fully encapsulating protectors to ensure that they are sanitary. The blankets and linens are clean and of high quality.

Because you're in the heart of downtown, you are a short walk from tons of great restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping, and entertainment. Check out our thorough guest book for recommendations! Wonderfull stay!

This condo is absolutely adorable! It looks just like the pictures on VRBO and was incredibly clean. We loved the wall decorations as well. Perfect location to walk to everything. Parking garage was very close and was a get value to pay for parking with the owners. Thank you for such a beautiful condo and stay!!

Just what we needed for a short getaway!

A nice, well equipped one bedroom. Beautiful sunset views. Wilmington is a nice town with a strong food/bar scene.

Cute apartment with a view

We enjoyed our stay here. The property managers provided all the info for a smooth check in and were very responsive. The place is spotless and the view is fantastic. The bagel shop downstairs was great and so convenient for breakfast. It's in a very walkable area right downtown. Definitely recommend!

Nice condo +

Easy check-in. Great location at the Riverwalk. Easy walk to bars, shops, restaurants. Nice welcome basket plus coffee included. Cleanliness was top notch. No hidden dust, insects, sand, etc hidden in corners that you might find in some rentals. Easy communication with the rental company, no surprises. Be sure to read the restaurant/bar listings/opinions in the welcome book. They won't steer you wrong. Only thing the rental company might want to amend is that the bourbon pours at Front Street Brewery were actually good, if not a slight overpour, lol. Would highly recommend this rental, especially for a couple. Enjoyed a great 24th anniversary.
