This is an amazing property. The views are stunning, and so close to everything, right in downtown Wilmington on the River walk. The rooms were so clean that I felt like I was at home. Mr. Curt was extremely engaged and although we had zero issues, I believe he was sincerely concerned as to our needs and comfort. I would highly recommend d this property without reservation.

What a view! From the moment my husband and I walked in we knew it was the perfect place for us. The condo was very clean and welcoming. It had all the supplies needed and was well maintained. It was also surprisingly quiet. We had all the privacy needed for a restful, relaxing getaway. Siting on the balcony watching the sunset was amazing! The host was super responsive and kind and made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable. Hight recommend!

I was very pleased with the unit. It was clean and tidy and had all the amenities in the unit as stated. The only complaint I have is that the ad stated there was onsite parking when in fact there was not. I really did not expect onsite parking so i was not surprised when I was told I would need to find parking. However the owner was very responsive and found me parking. Overall it was a good experience.
