My daughter and I enjoyed a quick weekend trip to check out UNCW and we stumbled upon this adorable home. Booking was easy, owner was very quick to respond, location was perfect and the vibe of the house was so cool and relaxing. We were able to walk to so many things and could even hear the concerts nearby from the back deck. We will definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage and would stay again. It was a perfect size for my family of three. We enjoyed walking to the neighborhood coffee shop around the corner every morning. The host was very responsive.

Great place. Super convenient to downtown and feels secluded at the same time. This was my second time staying here and I hope to be back soon. My only recommendation would be to stock up on some coffee creamer. Thank you for sharing your home with me!!

I would not stay here again, even if it was free. Entering the house property was at least 2 feet of weeds. The whole exterior of the house was a jungle. Upon arrival there was a cleaning towel from maybe cleaning staff on a chair. The back porch was loaded with debris, including walnuts, or acorns, falling from the tree that was leaning above. It’s impossible to run two showers at a time. The picture on Vrbo of the exterior did not match what we saw when we arrived. There is a window air conditioner that was very loud.
