The location is great for birdwatching, with Steller's Jays, ravens, woodpeckers, and many other creatures making this hillside their home. You will have a true bird's eye view from this condo.

This unit boasts a loft with full library and workspace with a monitor, if you want to work remotely while enjoying the view. Feel free to take a book or leave a book. Downstairs, the living room is filled with light and offers an eclectic Lake Tahoe art experience and jazzy vibe, with internally lit moire art by Eye Play Studio and a sound bar connected to the TV for listening to your favorite jazz artist.
