This was a great place for our family of five for a long weekend! The communication was excellent and we were provided with everything we needed for our stay.

Thank you for staying with us. We’re glad the home was a great fit for your family of five and that communication was excellent. It’s great to hear you had everything you needed, we’d love to host you again!
We had a wonderful weekend. The owners are amazing and very friendly. I was easily able to chat with them at any time. I’m looking forward to returning next year
Furniture and carpets a bit old and tired. Bed uncomfortable and small queen size. Not good for tall/large couple. No instructions on where the pool/spa was located in the complex. Only 1 wine glass provided was disappointing. Location was lovely.
Excellent location close to slopes, lake, and stores in Incline Village
No problems, unit in very good condition, comfortable for our family of 5 with children aged 8-20.

Wonderful time at this condo. One block from beach. Pool at complex. Clean unit. Nice to have three bedrooms so kids could have their own space. Quiet complex. We will definitely be back!

It’s ok, it’s a place to stay, in need of updating, lighting was awful. Curtains didn’t open they just fell off the window. My son thought the room with two twin beds was haunted. Location was good and complex is nise.

We had a great stay at Lake Tahoe the first week of August 2019. Incline Village is beautiful and to wake up and look out your window and see the pine trees was spectacular! The condo itself was fine, nothing really special about it, which was fine with us. The oven didn't seem to work properly but I have let them know that and hopefully it will be repaired.

The stay was nice and the place was clean. It was strange that
most of the furniture was on top of couches, beds, table and counter. It gets dark but there were no lights in the parking area. Also, interior lighting could use a bit of a boost as well as finding switches to use that worked. Nice stay, but could use some updating/repairs.

The photos on VRBO were much better than the actual unit. The unit was somewhat run down and was quite disappointing. I would not recommend the unit; and because of this, I would not recommend renting other units in Incline Village.

John, We do offer our sincere apologies, as this is the first we are hearing that the home was not what you expected. We do appreciate your feedback, as it is very important to us, and has presented an opportunity for us to improve. Lake Tahoe Accommodations
It was ok. Very creaky floors; dated; dark. Need real curtains not sheers. Seems like a forgotten property that was inherited through the generations and nothing has been updated or really cared for in a long time.

The house is located in a very good aria, the biggest problem is the mattresses are very uncomfortable and old. The company that provides the house is a little slow before entering the house, a day before they sent me a contract that I had to sign, 2 minutes before entering the house they sent information on how to enter, this is inconvenient. These are New Year's holidays and I would like to receive information and a contract in advance and not at the last minute.
Came up for Thanksgiving holiday. During a time when you can't go out we utilized the kitchen allot. Condo had enough dishes and cookware to meet our needs. The mini fridge wasn't working so that was a bummer. And the lights on the stove had a note that they didn't really work either. We adapted to those two things. Beds were comfortable, TVs were great we were able to use the living room to plug into laptop for zoom dinner and craft with family staying on another property. The fire place was great to use for both atmosphere and heat. We really enjoyed building a nightly fire. One thing that was hard for me was I felt the dining/kitchen area needed more light. My family thought it was fine but I would have preferred better over head lighting. That being said I would totally stay here again.

Property was older but clean and well maintained. My only complaint was the poor lighting.
Everything was great except I would say that the office doesn’t give much in the way of explanation in their initial email about checkin. They didn’t tell me the process of check in or what to do about late check in etc. Many places have a way to check in that doesn’t require you to go to an office, because they have keyless entry or a lock box with a code etc. This office is an old school way of doing things with a physical check in at an office, however they don’t explain this or their hours in their initial email. They should give more info to their renters about the process of checkin. Also, the lighting was so so so bad in that condo. Almost no overhead lighting and low wattage light bulbs in the lamps. Please get daylight bulbs in that place. I was always straining to see. Secondly, the fans in that place were absolutely garbage and need to be replaced. They were so noisy we didn’t use them even though it was hot at night. That being said, the place was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We also verify all bookings to ensure that guests understand the process. We do apologize if there was any confusion with check-in.
