There is the dining area which has a dining table that can comfortably sit 4 persons - simple yet elegant. You will find one more table with bar stools that can easily accommodate more incase you have invitees.

Access to balcony is from the bedroom where you can enjoy the gorgeous views while you sip your coffee or enjoy the sunset as you wind up a busy day.

End your day by letting yourself fall onto comfortable bed with hotel-quality linens that will give you a better sleep. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed with luxurious linens. Ensuite is well equipped with fluffy towels and essentials you may need along with a welcome pack upon your arrival.

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai (Mall of the Emirates is 15 minutes by taxi and Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are 20-25 minutes by taxi). Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.)

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a ferry, the DMCC Metro Station is less than a 10-minute walk. This also connects to the tram station if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. Meanwhile, there are yacht rentals surrounding the building if you fancy renting one.

The Marina Walk water bus station is only a 7-minute walk. The its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Promenade.
