After checking in, I noticed that the floors were not clean. There was also mouse poop in the kitchen, near the toaster on top of the back splash. The bathroom was not stocked with hand soap. I immediately contacted the host about my concerns with the place and recieved no response. it was a one night stay. but the host should still be reponsive regarless of how many nights you stay. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Stained and worn furniture and carpets

The photos are deceptive. The furniture is shabby and stained as is the carpet. This not a safe neighborhood.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property is in a run down low income apartment building. The neighbors standing outside their units were sketching looking. The entrance smelled horribly like body odor. It was bad enough that we walked away and booked a hotel instead. In trying to contact the owner/manager of the property several times we never heard back…even after several days! I cannot and do not recommend this property!!
