About this property

NEW! This Mid-century modern estate home with forever views.

This property boasts 4 bed/4 bath, main house is 3,000 sq ft with an attached 1,000 sq ft pool house/bar. 15 min to Disneyland/Knotts, 20 min to SNA/40 to LAX.

Treat the family to a relaxing get a way complete with fully equipped complete kitchen for the chief in you, take a dip in the pool, or just chill out on a lounge chairs in the sun and just decompress.

The living room is full of open space, oversized windows surround the room. If you are not constantly enjoying the view there is a 75 inch TV with access to streaming TV, Netflix, Prime Video etc. Huge fireplace.

The kitchen has everything a chef would need to pull off any meal. Guest have use of all condiments/salad dressing in fridge, spices/seasoning, oils, pots and pans etc.

There are three bedrooms upstairs with the massive master bedroom having the amazing views. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom.

Main level bedroom. Newly remodeled bathroom/shower on main level.

There is direct access from house to pool house/bar on bottom level. 50 inch TV, darts, large jenga, ping pong table.

Backyard has plenty of outdoor seating. 80 inch TV. BBQ hooked up to house gas, wood burning pizza oven.

The entire house except the trampoline which is outside the locked gate in backyard. There is one attached garage space available. Each room has a closet designated for the guests, some may be locked with personal items. Can easily fit 3 cars in driveway, no street parking (city ordinance).

The gardener and pool guy services the house Thursday AM. Trash comes Monday am. Please take trash cans (black) and recycle (green) to the street Sunday night.

Home away from home.

Eric is an excellent host. Prompt in answering our question. The house is an open floor plan so there is plenty of space for all of us. We are all comfortable. My boys enjoyed the pool. The pool house was their "boy cave" for a week.😀

Gem of a house

Not only is this house an incredible mid century gem, but our host and our overall experience in the house were phenomenal. Eric was above and beyond, helping us with heating the pool and hot tub and communicating with speed and kindness when we needed anything. We’ve had rough experiences with pools in past VRBO homes and this one was so great it made us want to install a pool in our own backyard. Awesome experience, fantastic stay and I would 100% recommend this home and these hosts. Just be cool, they deserve it.

Tons of Flies all over the house

We entered the home And there were about 30 flies on the ceiling of the kitchen. Above the sink, island, eating area i texted the host and he Said he would address it the following day while we were at my aunts 90th birthday party. He responded and told us that there were no longer flies in the home Not Only were there flies, there were more! And the bedrooms and in the bathroom and dining room. They were fighting her webs hanging from the ceiling and canned lighting in the kitchen My nephew stubbed his toe on the pavers around the pool Host did not leave the pool heated so by the time he responded back, it was too late for my nephew to swim when I opened the dishwasher, it almost fell on me because it is not secured to the countertop We felt the home was terribly unsanitary, and we kept touching our heads in case flies dropped on us. We left a Day early because we were so grossed out. Host only offer to us for the night we didn’t stay. Very disappointing. I have photos and videos
