Located just minutes from Broken Bow Lake, your heart will desire to return to this modern pet-friendly farmhouse cabin.

Living Room – A Leather couch, 3 lounge chairs, a big screen TV, a gas fireplace, and a sleeper sofa

Kitchen and Dining - Featuring standard appliances, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, knife set, cutting boards, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and drinkware. With seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom – A King-size bed, two-night stands, a lounge chair, a bench, a big screen TV, and a closet. The ensuite bathroom features a large glass shower, a soaker tub, and double vanity sinks.

Bunk Nook - 2 twin-size bunk beds

Outdoor Living - Hot tub, gas fireplace, outdoor dining for 4, patio furniture, and a firepit with seating for 4.

General - A full-size washer and dryer are available. The bedding for the sleeper sofa will be in the closet by the bunks. Gas fireplaces are seasonal (October 1st to May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 6 guests, no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
