Nestled in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains and perched along the Neversink River, you'll find a cozy little slice of paradise at Bear Cabin. Enjoy laughs around the fire, share a meal on the outdoor patio, and maybe you'll even experience our Eagle friend flying overhead. Our cozy cabin has an assortment of board games for all and help yourself to the kayak. We are also located on a superb spot on the river for fly-fishing! The open floor plan on the first floor is flooded with natural light, and offers a cozy cottage vibe, with 2 bedrooms upstairs for a peaceful, restful sleep. If you need anything we're only a phone call away.

Huge Fenced in Property

We chose this location because it is close to a number of hikes we wanted to do in this area. When we arrived we didn’t realize how big the fenced in yard would be. Our dogs loved the yard more than the hikes themselves! Also, every evening we were able to relax by the fire pit and enjoy some quiet time. Our overall experience was great, and I would highly recommend this property.

A vast sky overhead is a prime location for the best stargazing, yet minutes from a ton of local attractions from the casino, a small ski mountain, and NY's largest indoor water park. There is a ton of wildlife and beautiful views along the river to constantly leave you in awe of all the Catskills has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The property is entirely fenced in for added safety (for our gardens from the deer) and privacy. The grounds have a variety of vegetation and a great lawn for games or a campfire. the spot is so special because it truly is a great spot for someone who like a little bit of everything- "modern amenities" and "ultimate Catskills outdoor fun."
