Beautiful rustic modern home nestled on 5 private acres of wooded land, just 3 minute car ride up the hill from Swinging Bridge lake reservoir, and 15-20 minutes from all local food/shopping and attractions such as the restaurants at White Lake, Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, Monticello Motor Club, and the all new World Resorts hotel and casino opening March 2018. Sit back, relax and enjoy the serene private setting this property has to offer, with two well equipped decks, large rock built fire pit, and plenty of well-manicured yard for outdoor activities. Or take a leisure walk or 3 minute car ride down the hill to Swinging Bridge lake where you will conveniently find a public boat launch and two marinas offering a wide variety of lake activities and boat rentals. Enjoy tubing, water skiing, fishing, bald eagle/bird watching, or just relax and skip rocks with the kids.

On cold rainy or snowy days, stay indoors, light a fire and enjoy the great room with comfortable lounge seating, a well-appointed bar, electronic dartboard, and pool table.

If you are a bike rider, take advantage of the well-maintained roads and enjoy miles of scenic cycling. The public boat launch, just down the hill, is the ideal spot to kick off your ride. Or take a 20 minute ride to Walnut Mountain Park in Liberty for some great hiking and mountain biking. Don't leave until you've reached the summit!

This is a house set-up for owners family, not for commercial use only. So, it has all amenities and settings for an enjoyable stay. We had 8 adults over weekend. Great porch/kitchen/entertainment area with pool table and bar.Good sized bedrooms. Semi-secluded area, o you can have a party outside. 7 minutes drive or about 20 min walk to the marina.

Lovely big cabin in the Catskills!

Our family and another family enjoyed staying at this lovely cabin. Excellent flat yard for playing with kids/kicking a ball around. Well stocked kitchen for cooking Easter dinner, big dining table that sat all 8 of us. Comfortable, well appointed and good location. Checked every box! Thank you!

Grest stay

House was very nice and comfortable for 3 couples. Nearby swinging bridge resevoir very nice. Plent of things to do. Spent day at bethel woods, very nice museum and constsnt festivals. Brewerys, hiking, restaurants make this an easy getaway. Owners and propert y manager very responsive.

Great Fall Getaway

The home was spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We had two adult couples and a two year old. It's dark and quiet at night so our children who live in loud and bright Brooklyn enjoyed getting some good sleep. The kitchen was well stocked.

Family Time

The property was absolutely stunning! My husband and I absolutely loved every bit of the house and the location. The drive to get to the house was so peaceful! It felt as if we were in our own world. Our 18 year old and his friends had the best time playing pool and enjoying the living room. We had such a great time enjoying each others company. Thank you for this experience!!

Great house and property

My adult children and their children joined us for a family get together in the country. This is a great house, it sleeps 10 people, with plenty of room throughout the house, including an area with a pool table, and electronic darts, and a bar. The owners were very responsive to all our needs. There is a great fire pit in the backyard. Wit is set up beautifully with big rocks you can sit on while watching the fire at night. The backyard is huge, and they supply games such as cornhole. I would definitely recommend this and stay there again!

Beautiful clean home.

My family and I stayed at this house for a short vacation. The home is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Jack and Millie were very hospitable hosts responding to our questions immediately. We were very satisfied with the home. It was a bit disappointing with the location. We were not familiar with the area of this home. We had an impression we could access Swinging Bridge Lake but there was no public access. It was very difficult to access the home through a dirt road. Also, a neighbor was shooting a gun or something outside sounding like a canon going off so loud it shook the house. We were afraid to sit outside or go outside. It was very quiet and peaceful when the shooting stopped.

Beautiful property

Overall it's a nice place to stay. I went with 5 other friends for a guy's weekend and it worked well for us! The kitchen tools were not great but that's almost always the case with places like this anyways. Very cheap for the area as well!I will say that from the pictures the loft area is less secluded than it looks. It wasn't really an issue for us but the loft is essentially adjacent to the master bedroom and not separate in it's own area that was my impression from the pictures.The other gripe we had was that it was not stocked particularly well. We had two extra trashbags for the 6 people in 2 nights for instance.Overall though we liked it! Would stay there again if the chance arose. Just a couple things I noticed that I would have liked to know before the stay.

Loved it—again!

My hub went with guy pals in the fall and they liked it so much we went back as a couples trip. Jack was super communicative and quick to answer any questions we had. Super comfy spot to hunker during a winter weekend!

Can't wait to go back!

My husband and three buddies went for a weekend of baseball and "guy time" and were blown away by the property! It was even more beautiful than the pictures and more than enough space for them to spread out—each with a great bedroom. They got a kick out of the pool table and loved grilling on the deck. And I look like a superstar for having the good sense to find it for them! Looking forward to visiting it with my own gal pals!
