Beautiful rustic modern home nestled on 5 private acres of wooded land, just 3 minute car ride up the hill from Swinging Bridge lake reservoir, and 15-20 minutes from all local food/shopping and attractions such as the restaurants at White Lake, Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, Monticello Motor Club, and the all new World Resorts hotel and casino opening March 2018. Sit back, relax and enjoy the serene private setting this property has to offer, with two well equipped decks, large rock built fire pit, and plenty of well-manicured yard for outdoor activities. Or take a leisure walk or 3 minute car ride down the hill to Swinging Bridge lake where you will conveniently find a public boat launch and two marinas offering a wide variety of lake activities and boat rentals. Enjoy tubing, water skiing, fishing, bald eagle/bird watching, or just relax and skip rocks with the kids.

On cold rainy or snowy days, stay indoors, light a fire and enjoy the great room with comfortable lounge seating, a well-appointed bar, electronic dartboard, and pool table.

If you are a bike rider, take advantage of the well-maintained roads and enjoy miles of scenic cycling. The public boat launch, just down the hill, is the ideal spot to kick off your ride. Or take a 20 minute ride to Walnut Mountain Park in Liberty for some great hiking and mountain biking. Don't leave until you've reached the summit!

This is a house set-up for owners family, not for commercial use only. So, it has all amenities and settings for an enjoyable stay. We had 8 adults over weekend. Great porch/kitchen/entertainment area with pool table and bar.Good sized bedrooms. Semi-secluded area, o you can have a party outside. 7 minutes drive or about 20 min walk to the marina.
