Please note Masthope does not allow guests to use amenities on the day of checkout.

Please note the Masthope Community has Blackout dates and does not allow renters to use the Masthope amenities on and around the July 4th holiday.

Please note that this property is located in a community that requires guest registration. To meet this requirement, all required documentation must be submitted no later than 10 days before check-in. If the documentation is not provided on time, a $100 late fee will be charged to the guests.

HOUSE RULES

Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking limited to 5 cars, NO RVs.

Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.

We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.

We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.



Grocery Shopping - You can now use the Rosie app to order grocery delivery from the local Lake Region IGA in Hawley, PA

Guests let themselves in via a Smart Lock and have no owner interaction (but we are always available via a text or call!)

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $499 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.
