3 bedroom 1 bath house for rent New large kitchen ..
The house is updated and clean we areClose to all amenities !!!!!!

Pets are allowed for an additional $50 per pet.


You Must leave the house as clean as when you walked into it.
Remove garbage..
Sweep and put all clean dishes away.
The cleaning Girl down do dishes she cleans the house.
Cleaning up after yourself a must.

Please put all dishes put away.. And all used linns get Put on the floor. In front of the bed.

We have Ice cold A/C we are Looking to rent to happy family’s ..
This is not a party house.. and maximum 6 guest only at a time.

The master bedroom !!! Has one queen size bed.
The upstairs bedroom has one queen size bed and a full size bed.

The third bedroom holds a bunk bed which has a queen on bottom full on top ..
with a freestanding full-size bed on the other side of the room.!!

This is a beautiful house made for small family sleeps 8 but renting to families of 6 With an additional fee for more people. .
Come and ski . tube. Walk the lake. swimming pools ..everything you need when you get away.

Cozy Stay

The weather was bad during our stay, which made us hunker down. We had a great time and a cozy stay. The place was ample enough for our kids to spread around, and the nature view was relaxing.

Very clean and well appointed house in great location (5 min. drive to the beach or pool). Anthony, the host, was very responsive and reachable anytime. Highly recommend.

Masthope vacation

Our Masthope cottage had a well stocked kitchen, and had been renovated nicely inside. The home was clean. The outside yard needed some fixing up, but we didn’t need to use outside area, since deck was accessed from the home. Anthony was readily available to answer any questions. Our dog enjoyed our walks through the pretty neighborhood and we enjoyed the setting and plentiful deer with their babies.

Fine Stay on a Budget

Overall, we had a fine stay at the property in Masthope. The location was great, very close to skiing. Most of the house was clean, but there were bread crumbs and sesame seeds on the kitchen counter, on the breakfast table, on the couch, and in the bed downstairs. Next time, the house should be cleaned completely before guests arrive. Also, for future guests, leave typed out instructions for the thermostat, the TV, and check-in and check-out process, including what to do with the bed linens and the trash.

Clearly in the email we sent you on how to get into the house. What to do with the garbage. And the code. You clearly must not have read it. It’s said put linens in the middle of the room take the garbage to the compactor. So what was your problem again I didn’t complain about you oh sorry .....Oh you’re mad that I didn’t let you stay a little longer. No because we have to clean the house professionally for the next guest. So sorry about crumbs that is odd because the house is professionals clean. And the crumbs were for the deer I came up for you to have the extra key... so you didn’t forget the code as was instructed,,, And I brought up the bread for the deer. Sorry I left out on the table. I was rushing. Oh and leaving the garbage that I removed Wes bad sorry. In the bedroom linens everything gets washed even though some of the beds are not used. That’s why we don’t ask you to take the covers off of the bed... you called and text me 19 xs and had every answer you needed ASAP. I told you I’m new to this. Well we see Right through you. It’s OK who you are. Everyone else that stayed there loved it. Shows who you are

Clean cozy cabin in a great community

We had a long weekend at the cabin, enjoyed eating meals on the screened porch w our pups while watching the deer, ducks, and mamma bear w two babies! Well stocked kitchen and nice clean bathroom! Host was great responding to our questions and we were sorry we had to bother him bc I accidentally locked us of the cabin but he told us what to do and it was not a problem!

Home away from home

This was definitely a memorable trip. Anthony, the property manager, was accommodating and reachable at all times. Cabin was cozy, quaint and clean. Will definitely come back! Thank you Anthony.
