About this property

Welcome to your centrally located Post Falls Idaho Retreat! This beautiful completely remodeled home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, garage and laundry room. Main bedroom has a king size bed with pack n play for your little one if needed. There is also a large outdoor living space with bbq, deck and outdoor dining. We also recently added a firepit with firewood and outdoor chairs. If you prefer to stay inside there is foosball, ski-ball and other games. Plenty of parking for your toys or RV.
You will be right down the street from the brand new restaurant and bar at Prairie Falls Golf course with amazing food and indoor virtual golf!
The home has been beautifully remodeled in 2022. Conveniently located 7 miles to downtown Coeur d'Alene, 30 minutes to Silverwood. There is something to do in every season.
4 Bedrooms- all beds are new with covers, a variety of linens and blankets with extra linens in the closets. Pack n Play available.
Kitchen- All new stainless-steel appliances for your cooking pleasure. Kitchen stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, serving trays, crockpot, rice cooker, toaster, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking sheets, pizza sheet, basic spices, and dual coffee maker with drip coffee or Keurig cups. Starter coffee supply provided. There is also a dishwasher with some supplied dish pods.
Additional child dishes and outdoor dishes also available.
Pets welcome but please know that backyard is not fully fenced.

Awesome House for Pets

Brenda went above and beyond to accommodate us with 3 dogs. I researched and found host allow up to 2 dogs at most. Again, Brenda allowed 3 dogs and our stay was most pleasurable and would stay again, if needed. Mahalo!

This home is recently remodeled in 2022. You will enjoy all brand new appliances, couches, beds, linens and towels. This is great location with easy access to the freeway to travel to neighboring cities or explore the beautiful countryside. There is a large backyard and a park at either end of the street. One park has a play structure for kids and the other has a pickleball court. There are also plenty of games in the home including foosball and skiball.
