The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was responsive and accomodating - we'd love to stay again! The long term renters in the basement level were no issue for us - we were barely aware they were there.

Was visiting family in the area and the house provided a nice escape from the holiday activities. House was spacios with a nice layout, beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Weather didn't cooperate, but a nice outdoor space too. Would definitely stay here again.

Sisters Weekend

Difficult getting into the lock box when we first arrivex. Inside was beautiful and perfect for our sewing weekend. We found good food and one fabulous sewing sew. The patio zand back yard were great too.

Perfect location!

The house was a perfect fit for our family of 8. It was also a perfect location. Our SIL’s loved the disc golf course at Corbin Park which was so close. It was so nice to have access to a washer and dryer after our day on the Hiawatha trail. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. They have lots of plates, cups and utensils.

The house was very clean and a perfect family home for a wedding weekend. Our host Joanna was very accommodating and let my daughter move into the house in the morning after a redeye flight from DC. Thank you Joanna! Plenty of room and lots of windows. Great experience overall. We will stay there again on our next visit!

Very clean, had everything needed, open, spacious areas. Yard and fire pit, outside area great!! Quiet, private yard. Host easily accessible and responsive. One couple had car trouble and their Daughter and Son in law drove up to get them late Saturday, no problem for host to let them stay. Very much appreciated. Great family home!!

Felt like home

This home was so comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could ask for and more. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathrooms clean and well supplied. Livingroom was comfy with lots of seating and thermostat controlled gas fireplace to warm it up in the early mornings. Central heat worked great. Contacts with the owner were great. Family gathering.

We gathered as a family for the memorial service of my father's passing. The house was a perfect size for my husband and I to be there with our 4 adult childten .Then later after the service family came over for a time of fellowship and being together. It was the perfect place for what we needed. Thank you so much!! Clean and comfortable with a retro feel. It reminded us of my mother in laws home. :)

I liked this property because it was very roomy and welcoming. The decor was perfect not to much or to little. It was a home away from home. It was unique in that they allowed smoking on the property and had a specific instruction on where to dispose of them which we greatly appreciated. It also had a beautiful yard to view ie a garden and beautiful flowers that were all in bloom. It was easy to find and close to the interstate for easy travels. It is an absolutely wonderful place!

Very clean and worked well for our large family

We have stayed at this property twice and it works well for our family of 8 — 6 kids ranging from under 1 year up to 15 years old. There are plenty of beds, a decently stocked kitchen, and it’s near everything in Post Falls. If you’re coming up for an even like Confirmation at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or St. Joan’s Catholic Church, then it’s very close to both.

Very clean house, great communication with manager

The home was just as listed, nice big family food with a very comfy couch. We had just about everything we needed in the kitchen to cook many meals there. We got a good amount of snow during our stay and my kids had a blast in the back yard. I didn’t realize the “other rental” on the property was people who live in the basement, but we had zero issues. Overall great stay! Joana was very helpful and very quick to respond to any requests.

Beautiful home!

This property was very clean, well-stocked, and was very nice overall. The neighborhood was a little run down and there was quite a bit of noise from the nearby school — children screaming and school bells.
