Thoughtful in every detail

From the welcome message before the stay, all the way through the last moments- the property hosts thought of it all. They truly want their property to be a getaway where people of all ages are cared for. The home was updated and very well decorated. Very cozy and welcoming. Beautiful surroundings. Accommodating and all together wonderful. I will definitely be back and will be recommending to everyone I know!

Little Gem!

We traveled to Post Falls for Christmas and what a wonderful stay we had! When we walked into the home the owners had put up a Christmas tree, stockings, and other holiday decor, which our children loved. The home was so cozy and welcoming. There was a closet full of games and toys for the kids to use while we were there. The family room/kitchen was the perfect place to spend time together and everything we needed they had. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!! Colleen

Gem in the woods

We came up and stay in Post Falls due to some family items that came up. This location was close enough yet far enough from where our business was. The house was eye-opening. Beautiful wood ceilings, automatic blinds, a wrap around balcony and views…. Oh the views. Beautiful. The home was immaculate. Their attention to detail was immediately noticed. If you need a good base camp for anything in the Coeur D’Alene or Spokane area…. Try to get this beautiful place!!!

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home minutes away from town. The owners were quick to communicate and provided clear guidance. They went above and beyond as hosts including providing drinks and home upon our arrival during high temperatures. The home is beautifully furnished and put together, yet welcoming to relax and enjoy. The table shuffleboard and Jenga set were really fun. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The owners connected us with a boat guide who gave us a tour of the area from the water while our kids went tubing. It was so much fun. We definitely hope to be back. It was the perfect retreat.

Wonderful owners

Beautiful property located very conveniently to Post Falls, Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. Excellent communication with owner and they are extremely friendly in their communication ! Beautiful, new property with up to date kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Beds very comfortable. 2 nice size TV ... one in master with connections to Netflix and Prime. Generous amenities... wine , beer,water . Well stocked spices in kitchen . Good gas grill outside . One of the best properties I have rented. Lastly can not say enough about how friendly property owners were in their communication and how fast they get back to you . Place is worth every penny !!!

Riverview Ranch was amazing! Lots of space for the family to hang out and enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked, the environment peaceful and views incredible.

Beautiful, quiet getaway

Spent a long weekend with some girlfriends. We had a great time. The house was super spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The views and property are beautiful, even though you’re actually walking distance from downtown Post Falls. Host was so responsive. I’d definitely come back.

Beautiful house in the woods

Just there for a chill May weekend with my adult sons and their SO’s. Absolutely beautiful setting. The house is beautiful, with a terrific kitchen. The bedrooms, especially the master, were beautiful and comfortable with special treats- remote control blinds, ginormous TV, fireplace. The living room and dining table were made for a family get together, and we played cards for hours. The only ding in the beautiful home was the fact that the well appointed kitchen was definitely not clean. Very well used, sticky and crumb-y, including the floors. The oven was- a long long way from its last cleaning. We did a lot of cooking so it was automatic that we cleaned a lot up. No biggie. At 450 taxes per night- we felt it more expensive than it should be. But considering the neighborhood, multi million dollar homes all over the place , I see how it fosters that range.The owner was extremely pleasant and easily accessible.

Cozy Cabin

We so enjoyed our long weekend at this cabin. Cozy, great views and visits from deer and turkey. Close to town yet feels like you are secluded. We hope to stay here again!

Nestled in the pines

A wonder find! The house was perfect and met all our needs, Large open kitchen/living room, laundry room, comfy beds and great showers!Host were easy to reach and responded promptly when we asked question or need help.They were flexible and easy to work with.Definitely our go to place to stay when visiting family in the area! Short but sweet

We stayed for just a quick weekend trip, but the home was fantastic! The owners were accommodating and quick to respond to small issues and questions. It was spacious, modern, warm and cozy. The view was amazing definitely kicked up a notch with the snowfall that we got. It was gorgeous. I highly recommend the property, and would stay there again!

Short getaway

Property was perfect for our quick trip to take family with while on a work trip. We saw a few deer and enjoyed the remote feel the woods gave while still being close to town. Nice place to hang out.

Gem of a Home

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at Riverview Ranch with our 2 adult children and it was one of our most memorable yet. Post Falls is a great little town, super close to Couer d'Alene. Location is fantastic! Grocery, gas, coffee and brewery a quick drive away. The owner was very responsive and even brought us fresh eggs from their chickens one morning! Thank you! We will definately be visiting again!
