Kitchen well maintained and stocked. Host was outstanding communicator. Siblings and spouses get together, Age range 58-75. Some of the stairs a challenge but we all survived.

This was an amazing property for large groups. We had 14 adults and 6 kids and everyone had somewhere to sleep and be comfortable. Having the pool was an added bonus to help pass the time in the evenings.

The home was perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of bedding and the kids lived the pool! The kitchen was large enough to handle food preparation for a large group, and it was stocked with everything we needed. Our contact with the host was easy, and he was ready to help with whatever we needed. There are a lot of stairs in the property, so that could be an issue with someone with mobility issues, but it was great for our family to have several levels to spread out in. A great stay!

This is a great place for a family reunion. Lots of different things to do. Large enough for sleeping accommodations. Well stocked kitchen with all of the necessary tools. The swimming pool was clean with all of the toys for family fun. Although not used a firepit was available. The location is somewhat difficult to find but well worth the effort as the views are extraordinary. This facility is definitely in consideration for our next family reunion. The host was readily available to answer any questions. Nice job Alex!

We loved staying here for a team retreat! It felt like a true getaway with the beautiful view, pool and bar area but was also very close to everything in CDA. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness of the home and the overall comfort. 100% we would stay here again!

We loved our stay here!! Everything went smoothly and the owner was great at communicating before and while we stayed. Everything was clean and extremely well stocked. We appreciated that so much!! Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms had all the necessities and plenty of extras to accommodate our large group. It was beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a great experience!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we could tell the host had gone above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for the week, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time together.The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more impressive than the photos. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice!The large pool was a huge hit with everyone, and we also loved the variety of games the host provided. Our family's favorite was the pool table, where our grandson organized a tournament bracket that stayed active throughout our entire stay. It created so many fun memories and plenty of friendly competition!This home exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, well-equipped place to stay with plenty to keep the whole family entertained, this is it. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great Host! Alex surprised us with a much needed gift when we got there. Thank you Alex! House had plenty of space for our family of 16. Kids enjoyed the heated pool, adults enjoyed the wet bar. We had a great stay with plenty of space. Watch for deers in the neighborhood. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! Our group of 17 (three families ranging in age from teens to mid-fifties) had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The pool was a huge hit and quickly became our favorite place to gather every evening. The beds were incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless and well maintained, and the beautiful views made the stay even more enjoyable.The house was exceptionally well stocked for a large group. We appreciated the abundance of beach towels, two sets of washers and dryers, and a kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals, including a great selection of spices, a flat-top grill, and a traditional grill.The neighborhood was beautiful and perfect for our nightly walks, and the location was ideal—close to downtown CDA and excellent hiking trails for all ability levels.Alex was an outstanding host. We were welcomed with a fresh loaf of sourdough bread and a delicious bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. He responded quickly to every question, brought over an air pump and spare bike tubes when we found a flat tire, and even shipped an item back to us after we accidentally left it behind.We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this home and would gladly stay here again!

Great house with lots of extras

Overall a wonderful house for our family get together. Lots of extras and everything we needed to comfortably host four families. There was a problem with the pool but Alex was quick to respond, put in a lot of effort to attempt to fix it, and maintained excellent communication throughout. The rest of the house and its amenities still made for a great trip.

A great stay!!!

This home was exactly what we needed. We arrived to a welcome gift that was such a warm and thoughtful gesture after a long day of travel.The house is bright, spacious, and had more than enough room for our whole family. The kids loved all the games, and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the upper decks with the beautiful views.The pool was clean and perfect for the hot days, and the full gym made it easy to stay active. We also loved the bar setup, it was great for winding down with a nightcap after the kids went to bed.Even though it’s just 15 minutes from town, it felt peaceful and private. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

Beautiful home with lots of room for a large family gathering. The mountain views, pool, and amenities were great. The only downside was the neighbors surrounding this home; we followed the parking and quiet hour rules, but the neighbors obviously disliked having a VRBO on their street (and let us know about it). Despite this it was a great place to stay and would highly recommend!

Our at Alex’s home was amazing! He was supper accommodating for my husband’s surprise birthday party! House was amazing! Such a great spot for large family/friend gatherings. Everything was spotless and was truly so beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again!
