The newly upgraded 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Lakeshore cottage is located in the prestigious area of Sanders Beach on Lake Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Enjoy the new 10' X 36' front porch with a firepit, rocking chairs, a dining table and lake and Tubb's Hill views! Dine or just sit and relax by the fire with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This darling home was originally built in 1915 and remodeled in 2025, adding a 3rd bedroom and a 2nd bath. It is comfortably furnished and offers all the comforts and amenities of home. Fast Wifi and a smart TV in every room, a coffee maker and a Keurig, tea pot and plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils for cooking. Central heat and air conditioning, washer dryer in the laundry room, a steam shower, a bathtub, a gas fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen with Thor range and dishwasher. The side patio includes a new BBQ and griddle!
There are bicycles (2 electric) for the entire family and kayaks for 4 (2 person plus two single kayaks) in the garage available for your use!

The cottage is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, churches and art galleries in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Boat, jet ski and parasailing activities are available or walk/hike/picnic on Tubbs Hills which is located
literally steps away from the cottage. Play a round of golf at the world class 'floating green' resort golf course which is located minutes away or go to the beach across the street and relax at the lake!

We typically fill the summer bookings up by spring, so if you're ready to book an adorable home in the best location in Coeur d'Alene, it's best to book early.
This home is on Lakeshore Drive and across the street from "Sander's Beach" in the heart of Coeur d' Alene. There is very little traffic on the street and it's one of the quietest neighborhoods for a Coeur d' Alene vacation. Many

Perfect location!

We had the best time during our stay, this was our first time visiting CDA and we will be back! We were able to explore by foot all that CDA has to offer. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and downtown while also spending time enjoying the lake from the patio! Jack was responsive and so helpful with recommendations. So happy to have found this gem!

Enjoyed the lake views from the front porch. Lovely sunsets and fireworks on the lake at a nearby resort. Awesome neighborhood conveniently located near town. Enjoyed the lake and all the area has to offer.

Awesome little cottage! Perfect for our family of four to gather for Thanksgiving. Close to town and directly across from Lake CoeurD’Alene. It had everything (& more) we wanted for a long weekend getaway…even bikes and kayaks!! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the bedding was cozy and we were walking (or biking) distance to anywhere.

We work hard to make guests feel welcome and to enjoy their vacation or business travel stay. We go out of our way to offer all the amenities of home along with bicycles, kayaks, and sporting equipment to use to save you time and money from renting in town.

Why they chose this property

The Sander's Beach neighborhood is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in all of Coeur d'Alene. It is quiet, peaceful and yet it's just 2 minutes from downtown. The neighbors are very friendly and many will wave "hello" from the street as they walk with family, friends or pets. It's a beautiful area and the view to the lake and Tubb's Hill is wonderful.

What makes this property unique

This quaint home has a superb front porch view with lots of seating for dining or enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Sit by the firepit and enjoy the gentle breeze off of the lake. We offer all the amenities of home inside the Lakeshore Cottage and in the garage, there are bicycles (two electric bikes too!) and kayaks for up to 4 persons. (a 2-person kayak and two singles).
