Located within walking distance to downtown Coeur d’Alene, and the restaurants, bars and shops of Mid-town. Walk to nearby parks and beaches, or take advantage of quick access to I-90 and the surrounding area’s lakes, parks, trails, attractions and events all year round.

KITCHEN:

• Fully stocked, including NON-TOXIC cookware, a blender, and plenty of dishware for your convenience.
• Stainless steel appliances
• Large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker
• Built-in Wine fridge
• Large island with built-in dishwasher and sink for convenient food-prep and easy clean-up

BEDROOMS:

• Bedroom 1 downstairs features KING bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and backyard/HOT-TUB access
• Bedroom 2 downstairs features a TWIN-SIZE bunk bed
• Bedrooms 3 and 4 upstairs both have QUEEN beds

BATHROOMS:

• There is a half bath located right off the kitchen and great room for your convenience
• The master bath features an upright shower with built in seat, and His and Her sinks.
• There is a second full bath upstairs with a bathtub

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
• HOT-TUB located under a gazebo with optional screens and an overhead fan.

• There is also a sled you can use during the winter months!.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather all used towels and start a load of towels in the washing machine with the provided laundry detergent.
Please tie up all trash and place in the bins located in the driveway. If it is Wednesday please place those trash bins at the street!
Please make sure the sauna is off, and turn off all lights except for the porch lights and the surface light in the microwave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will not be able to book instantly if you live within 50 miles of the property, but you may request a reservation. No parties, drug use or smoking
If you do not clean up after your pet, checkout instructions are not followed, or there is an excessive mess additional fees may apply.
Excessive noise violations or breaking of any house rules may result in early cancellation of your reservation, no refund, and additional fines.

Definitely rent this house!! The location to downtown attractions is great. Safe neighborhood, super clean and perfectly decorated house. Lots of towels. Bedsheets are amazing!!Communication from owner is great. Lots of extra info and help. No worries at this house. Just rent it!!

A perfect getaway! We already want to book our return to this sweet space. We truly felt right at home. The home was immaculate. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness. (Always our top priority when traveling). The host was very sweet and kindly made our arrival experience feel very warm. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic seasonings, oils and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. The indoor AND outdoor fireplace were so comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful and the sauna was the perfect way to round out the relaxation experience. If you're looking for a clean, charming getaway--look no further!

The location of this home cannot be beat. It is in an area of town called mid-town and is walking distance to the shops, bars, and restaurants there, including a local favorite coffee and ice cream shop called Panhandle Cone and Coffee, and you can easily walk downtown and even to a nearby beach!
