Welcome to our cozy apartment with a separate entrance. This apartment is the perfect space for small families or small groups of friends, as it has a queen-size bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate three people.

Our apartment also has a small but fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. You will also find all the necessary cookware, utensils and dishes so you can easily prepare your meals during your stay.

The bathroom in our apartment is a modern and elegant space, with all the necessary toiletries for your comfort. You'll appreciate the attention to detail in our bathroom,
We've included all the necessary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can travel light and have everything you need.

We have designed our apartment to be a comfortable and relaxing space for our guests, and we believe our separate entrance and fully equipped kitchen will help make your stay even more enjoyable.

It's worth noting that our apartment is attached to the main house, which is also available to rent through Airbnb. However, our apartment has a separate entrance, so you will have complete privacy and not have to interact with guests staying in the main house.

Amazing Location

I actually feel the owner downplays how great their location is! You have major retailers and restaurants in nearly every direction, and it is a little over a mile walk to the Fair Expo Center. I would highly recommend this property for anyone going to an event there. The ease of walking back and forth and avoiding any traffic delays makes events much more enjoyable.
