Palm Desert Seasonal Rental

We couldn't have been more pleased with the townhome we stayed at in Palm Desert. Our host, Steve, was great to deal with...friendly, responsive to our questions, and courteous. The gated property was situated on a beautiful private golf course overlooking one of the holes. If you are looking for a property to rent that is clean and well kept with a lot of privacy, this townhome would be a great choice! Thanks Steve!

A Pleasant 3 Week Stay

The unit is ideally located very close to the main entrance gate, the clubhouse with amenities and the main pool. Although close, it is also very quiet and backs onto the golf course. The location of the area itself is within 10 -12 minute drive from College of the Desert, the El Paseo area and La Quinta. Food, liquor and gas amenities within 5 minutes. The only reason I gave the accuracy of the description a 3 is that the owner needs to update the pictures showing the new furniture and decor of the unit which is warm and inviting. The bed is also so very comfy that you may want to stay in it a little longer than usual. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with good value for the dollar. I found the owner/property manager to be very easy to contact and conscientious regarding minor questions or concerns. Yes I would not hesitate to refer my friends here and to re-book this unit for my next visit.
