The master bedroom consists of a King bed and a spacious master bath with a walk in shower and large garden tub. The guest bedroom also has a King size bed as well as a private bathroom, equipped with multiple grab bars throughout the bathroom to improve accessibility.

The kitchen is fully upgraded with state of the art appliances and is stocked with all cooking essentials for an extended stay. Dine outside on the large private patio overlooking beautiful community grounds with a magnificent mountain backdrop. The courtyard separates the main home from the casita and has another functional outdoor living space and outdoor BBQ, complete with a retractable awning to maximize shade at all hours of the day. The private detached casita has a queen size bed and additional full bathroom, perfect for guests!

You will not have access to La Quinta Resort's private amenities, but you will have full access to Santa Rosa Cove's 10 pools/spas, tennis courts, and La Quinta Resort's public golf courses, restaurants & shops.
