Welcome to The Sunkissed Mermaid! This waterfront home welcomes you with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and plenty of outdoor space! Located within minutes of Topsail Beach, The Sunkissed Mermaid grants you a private retreat from the beach crowd without sacrificing being on the water with your own dock. Spend the evening watching dolphins swim the Intracoastal Waterway while sitting in our screened in porch, on our large deck, or sitting around the fire pit roasting s'mores!

Excellent host!

Very nice and peaceful place on the sound. Saw dolphins swimming by. Close to everything. Host was excellent and helpful and we would definitely recommend staying here!!

Views are beautiful!

Annual trip with Mom, sister’s & granddaughters! Ocean front was too expensive but this ICW home was great. The views are beautiful and watching the boats come by was very nice. Comfy home with great deck & seating as well as screened porch when the sun is too much! Drive to beach was close enough! Would definitely stay again! If you’ve got a boat or kayak, this place is perfect!

We're a military family who was previously stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC. After moving with the military, we wanted to share our home and the amazing memories we were able to make on the water with others!

Why they chose this property

We love the neighborhood and how close it is to the ocean, while being waterfront on the ICW! Our neighbors are amazing, its safe and quiet for families with kids, and at night you can hear the ocean waves crashing as the sun sets!

What makes this property unique

Our home can support a large family or two smaller families wanting to share a vacation! We love that we can walk out to our dock, go fishing or crabbing, kayak whenever we want and then enjoy the outdoor space with the large outdoor decks (and screened in porch), as well as the fire pit for smores with the kiddos! Only 5 min from the main intersection and restaurants and 10 min from the ocean.
