Loved this slice of heaven! The dock to the lake is a shared space with another smaller rental on the property. We didn’t have any issues with the other guests or pets just something to be aware of! Will be returning again

We had a fabulous time at this property. It’s very peaceful. Lake Seneca is a private lake. The beautiful lake view is breathtaking and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We brought a blow up Go Boat and enjoyed the river. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Main Bedroom was comfortable and quite roomy. We did a lot of cooking & also used the grill. It was a nice bonus to see the horses Next-door. Brian was a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying here.
