"Cottonwood" Cottage Reidsville Georgia

Our Cottonwood cottage is located in Reidsville Georgia, we finished construction in March 2023. The cottage is 432 sf and offers a full kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes, living room with comfortable furniture, 43" Roku Smart TV, queen bed with memory foam mattress and soft sheets and a bathroom with a walk-in shower all towels and linens are provided.

Unit has a Keurig coffee maker, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. We will get you started with basic amenities toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

We are located with-in walking distance of our local hospital and surgery center.

Our town has many great local restaurants, pharmacies and grocery store. There is also a State Park to enjoy while you visit.

Family owned and operated giving our customers a place that feels like home.

Good spot to stay short or long term

The only thing I’d change is maybe add a small dresser & provide a change of bed sheets. Especially if a guest is staying for a long while. Otherwise it was exactly what I needed.

I had outpatient surgery scheduled at Optim Orthopedics at 7:30 am so I decided to stay overnight in Reidsville, Ga. It was the perfect location since it’s right beside “The Cottages.” Everything you could need is inside this cozy tiny apartment. Loved it. Will definitely stay again!
