Lost Key's resort amenities include a beautiful community swimming pool and spa, fitness room, private Beach Club with beach chair service, a Grille and a cocktail bar. Long stretches of safe sidewalks are perfect for bicycling, walking, or running. It is a gated community with privacy officers working 24/7 to provide security for guests and owners.
This inviting 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath beauty is less than 2 years old. It is tastefully decorated and sleeps 6 very comfortably with a large sectional sofa (not a sleeper) with enough room for 2 to sleep or nap. The main bedroom has a plush King-sized bed and views of the Gulf behind the Beach Club. Early risers can watch the sunrise out the front windows. The spacious en-suite main bathroom has a large shower and double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed that overlooks a greenspace and small ponds behind the townhome. It shares a bathroom with a 3rd bedroom that offers comfortable twin beds. Go out on the balcony at night to enjoy the sound of the waves as a wonderful lullaby. The bedrooms, as well as the family room, all have smart televisions and Roku devices but don't be surprised if you skip streaming your shows to just sit on the screened patio and take in the relaxing sights and sounds.
Lost Key is known for its remarkable, natural setting with an abundance of birds, coastal birds, and wildlife. Chances are you will spot the Gris Garza's namesake patiently fishing or flying by, and you may even see the famous Blue Angels flying overhead, practicing for an airshow! Sunset lovers will truly appreciate this particular setting with views of cotton candy sunsets in highlighter colors in the Western sky. The light and bright kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has great views from the windows. Perdido Key restaurants are fan favorites but don't worry, there is a gas grill ready just in case you wish to stay in for a night to prepare extra-fresh seafood. Perdido Seafood is a nearby local seafood market and the iconic Joe Patti's Seafood is only a short drive away. Guests are in for a treat at this vacation destination. Perfect for a family, a group of friends, or a romantic couple's getaway. The only negative about the Gris Garza townhome is that you may want to extend your stay indefinitely!

Perfect Staycation Property

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property for a long weekend during the spring. The location was perfect. The amenities were impeccable. The property was comfortable, well-stocked, and the location was in the middle of everything of interest. It was perfect for my family. Can’t wait to return!

Very good location!

Clean place with a great area surrounding it. Shuttle service was good and the community pool was well maintained. Would stay again.

Labor Day Getaway

We loved this location and property. We were in town over Labor Day for a wedding and anticipated that it would be busy, but it was not. Even my young adult children commented on how laid back and quiet the area seemed. The property and amenities were just as expected. We never even went to a restaurant. We were able to cook and just enjoy the family time on the property. We opted not to use the shuttle and just drove to one of public beach access just down the road. (There are 2 close by.) Parking was limited, but we made it work. It was a great vacation. We plan to return!

Nice place, several issues

Overall good. Sheets on bed were not changed from the people before. Propane tank was empty had to find a place to exchange tank. Shuttle service to beach was ridiculous- the man driver was rude and after waiting for 50 minutes decided to walk. Britani was helpful in getting housekeeping over after we found a receipt in the bed the second night. After battling with Jason about the propane, she reimbursed me. Jason charged my account for a “lost” pool band which was his mistake because I was only given 5 to begin with. He acted like I was lying about how many o received. Thank goodness I had a picture.

We truly had a great time

The house was very welcoming, clean, and nicely decorated. We couldn't have asked for more. The community itself was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. One drawback (not related to the property itself): The shuttle service to the beach. It wasn't actually the shuttle driver or the shuttle. It was the fact that there was only one shuttle running for the entire complex. The shuttle driver we had was very nice and tried to accommodate all the beachgoers staying in the community, but it is a very large community and a very small single shuttle, so many times we made the more than 1/2 mile walk back to the townhome because the wait could be up to 40 minutes. (Actually timed). 1/2 mile isn't that far, but when it's 97 degrees, you have been at the beach all day, and you have gear to lug, it seems like it's much further. Waiting 40 minutes in the heat also seems like an eternity, so the walk was the lesser of the two. I think the driver was doing the best she could, but the next unit we rent, we will look for a renter who has bikes available to use (if that's a thing). Overall, had a great time, and the home we stayed at was immaculate.
