Country charm and family friendly, our 4-bedroom/ 3 bath farmhouse on 2 acres of Bluegrass offers privacy, relaxation and true Kentucky atmosphere, less than a mile from the world famous KY Horse Park. This enchanting property offers a spacious retreat for up to 8 guests with 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds in the bedrooms. You won't feel cramped, we have a sunroom, a bourbon, UK Wildcat and equine themed great room with multiple gathering and conversation spots inside and out. Immerse yourself in the gorgeous surroundings and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. If the KY Horse Park is your destination, your stay will be convenient and hassle-free. Less than five minutes to the KY Horse Park or 15 minutes to downtown Lexington.
If biking or hiking interests you, the Lexington Legacy Trail is 1/4 of a mile away. The Legacy Trail is an 11 mile paved, greenway trail through the Bluegrass countryside.

Lovely stay at Cane Manor

Our family had a great experience staying at Cane Manor while visiting Kentucky Horse Park for a week-long event. Gil was extremely helpful when we had questions and the house was thoughtfully stocked. It was as comfortable as staying at a family home, with lots of space for everyone to gather, adults and kids alike. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends visiting the area!

Kentucky Horse Park Trip

We had a trip in town for an equestrian event at the Kentucky horse park and Cane Manor superseded our expectations. While we weren’t at the house much during the day, it was nice to come to the house at the end of a long day and have everything we needed. The coffee supply was well stocked and the house was a very cool old farmhouse but well maintained and updated. It was way bigger than we expected with plenty of sitting room. The property owner was very kind and accommodating. We will definitely be repeat customers for our future trips.
