Luxurious condo with modern finishes in the historic Faubourg Marigny neighborhood just steps away from the French Quarter. Refinished hardwood floors, top of the line appliances, and quartz countertops. On the Rampart streetcar line and just minutes away from the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Bywater, Treme, and Frenchmen Street..

The space
This condo is located on the second floor of the building. It is accessed by using a flight of stairs with a security door from the courtyard.

Our beautiful courtyard is available to guests. Enjoy the fountains and flowers and spend time relaxing after a day of fun. A small private balcony is accessible from the living room as well.

Best Time

The condo is so neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We walked to the quarter/bourbon and even found restaurants within a block or two. Host was very responsive.
