This unique place has SERIOUS LAGNIAPPE and a style all its own. Ultra modern apartment with beautiful hardwood floors and a great location. 1 block from the historic Broad theater and the great outdoor venue the broadside!

Absolutely no smoking- marijuana or cigarettes. The smoke fills the exterior hallway and is easily detected. You will be asked to leave immediately and charged an extra cleaning fee along with a bad rating review.
No house parties! If you are local, please reach out via message before booking.
-There’s cameras on the exterior of the property so extra guest cannot be snuck in. This has been a persistent issue. If you have more than 4 guest, it MUST be pre-approved and there’s a charge for extra guest after approval.

Spring Break in the Big Easy

First and foremost, the apartment was just as shown. It was clearly remodeled in the recent past, and very clean. The location was perfect for us. Owner extremely responsive. The only drawbacks to us were a lack of hand-towels (where to wash hands in the bathroom was kind of funky). Also, not having a TV with local antenna was awkward. It's New Orleans, and weather can be an issue. Otherwise, minor irritants. The stay was perfect. I'd definitely stay again.

Smart and Charming

This beautiful and charming smart home close to all the activities was amazing! There was a slight mishap with the check in that allowed for an experience we will never forget! Thank you for allowing us to stay - we will be back!!

Different than the description but we enjoyed our stay!

The listing is different than what the actual apartment entails, what the checkin from the app states is also very different than what the email states. The photos are accurate but, there is no jacuzzi, pool table, or an outside deck area as listed. After speaking to the owner those are for the upstairs apartment, not the lower. Regardless of these inaccuracies, we enjoyed our time, and it was almost perfect for us and the time spent in the apartment and not exploring the city. The location was perfect for Lyft wait times or if you want to walk to the action of Bourbon Street or the French Quarter or even Cesar’s Superdome. There was no specific check out details so we took it upon ourselves to start the dishwasher, wash/dry our towels, and strip our beds. There also was no direction on where to leave the full trash bags outside of the property and we would have liked to have been able to empty it daily. We would have appreciated a little more direction for what needed to be done.

We were pleased

The VRBO was nice and as pictured in the listing. There was an issue with the sofa bed not having sheeta but the lister was quick to respond and let us know where to find what we needed. The area is under a lot of construction, but we were able to find parking no problem. We did really like that we seemed to be relatively centrally located to everything we wanted to experience while in New Orleans.
