Very clean and well equipped-kitchen, bathrooms, good beds. Neighborhood in ‘transition’ , streets potholed, but location central to all we wanted to see…
Great property, new and clean. Easy to get around the city by walking/trolley or driving. The only hiccup we had was loud noise above the bedroooms late at night and early mornings
Came for Superbowl. Convenient spot btwn stadium and French Quarter

Good Upgrades, Modestly Provisioned
We overall enjoyed our stay but as this is a newer place, it needs a bit more to make it better. The location is 1.5 miles from city center but too far to walk. You could walk to St Charles trolley which is about 4 long blocks away. Probably not good to walk at night. Nothing else within walking distance anyway. Here’s what it needs: wine glasses, hair dryer (host never responded to our questions on this), more than two ceramic coffee cups, coffee maker other than k cups, a fry pan larger than 5 inches, two nightstands per room (just 1 tiny one now), a headboard on the beds, a table to sit at. I could go on.
Our stay at this Vrbo was very disappointing. There was no parking available, which was not disclosed to us beforehand. The towels provided were old and stained. Most frustrating of all, the people living above us walked heavily throughout the night during our entire 5-day stay, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We could even hear someone doing laundry in the middle of the night. The neighborhood didn’t feel very safe, although a neighbor across the street was kind and fed the stray cats. Unfortunately, we would not return to this property.
Centrally located, the house itself was nice, but the people upstairs walked every square foot of the house especially at night so we didn’t get any sleep, if they weren’t walking around they were in the shower at 2-3 0’clock in the morning.. they walked all day and all night and if you thought you was gone get some sleep the noises started again. No courtesy for the guest and when I did reach out to the host the noise stopped for a little bit.. will I stay again probably not because of the noise/ walker
Everything was wonderful. Near the Dome, Smoothie King, and French Quarters. Great Location, neighborhood and experience. Property looks just like the pictures. Host responded when there was a question. I definitely would recommend and book again.
My stay was short of amazing. The neighbors were friendly and gave us great places to eat in the area. The owners were prompt and helpful with our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family who is looking for a place to stay.
All around great stay! The house was clean and modern, check in/out and communication with the owner was easy and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to a perfect spot to catch the Irish Channel St. Paddy’s Day Parade. Would definitely recommend this stay and hope to come back again soon!
House was extremely clean , Owner was easy to communicate with it . Loved everything about this house . Will be booking again

Scary and No communication from Owner
Due to the non stop berating and violent yelling from the unit above that lasted over 2 hrs, we moved out of the unit about 11:15 pm the 2nd night of our stay (which we had booked for 6 nights). The unit was in an area that had bars on windows and we didn't feel safe walking after dark. We were ok with that as we were planning on spending most of our time in the FQ. The unit was clean and updated as the pictures showed. The 1st night we couldn't get the TV to work because a code was needed. I messaged the owner and got NO RESPONSE. About 10:00pm what sounded like a child was running continuously over us. A man yelled at the child and it stopped about midnight. The second night the man started yelling at someone and berating them at about 9:00pm. We heard a woman's voice one time and what sounded like a child walking. We are not fearful people, but didn't feel safe and messaged the owner asking if he had a different property we could move to and that we might call the police. NO RESPONSE. The yelling sounded verbally abusive. After 2 hrs of the constant yelling, we knew we couldn't sleep due to the noise and being scared of what the man above us was going to do. We packed up and moved out to a hotel about 11:15pm. I messaged the owner - NO RESPONSE. It appeared that those above us were long term tenants. I definitely do NOT recommend this VRBO! First negative review from a 20 year VRBO user. HUGE & pricy let down to start our 1st NOLA trip!
The house was a perfect choice (2 bed/2bath - very clean) for us. My husband and I, our young adult daughter and one of her good friends. We were there for an LSU nursing school graduation for our oldest daughter. The home was stocked with everything that we needed. Bonus... the neighbors!!!!! They were so friendly and helpful with the smallest things - - helping us navigate the area, dinning, shopping, staging the outside recycle and garbage cans (we had no idea when "trash day" was) and then cleaning out the cans for us after pick up to help cut down on the flies (only really bad part of the trip were the number of flies - but that's just NOLA - the property owner has an indoor fly "catcher" that helped immensely!. The location of the property was easily accessible to our graduation event and NOLA tourist activities, but nicely far enough away that we felt safe. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

As listed, could use better communication during stay
This property was just as listed and had a bonus of pleasant neighbors across the street. The listed address is actually not the true property address. The neighborhood is a bit rundown and the upstairs tenant was quite loud late evening. Our last experience was leaving a stuffed animal by accident and after one reply confirming the item was found and would be mailed, the host no longer replied to any communication. We felt this in bad taste and will not be staying at this location or with this host again.
Loved the place! At first glance we were a little nervous about the neighborhood but it turned out to be good. We would stay here again!

Accurate photos, BUT more than the photos show
The property looks just like the photos, but unfortunately the photos don’t show the whole picture. I made the mistake of walking around with my shoes off the first day and my feet were literally black. The place looks clean, but is not. Gross! Our sheets had holes in them. The bathroom vent hasn’t been cleaned in so long that small flakes of dust fell on me. Then there is the matter of the upstairs neighbor. I thought at first it was another vrbo renter, but we were there four nights and it was the same every night. We heard everything. The people upstairs were up all night and stomped around with no regard for the downstairs neighbors. It was as if they were in our space. Very hard to sleep. As others have said, walking during the day is okay but if you’re out after dark definitely take an Uber back.
Great house on the inside and close to what we needed for work. Outstanding host. Almost every Uber driver warned us about walking, especially at night but we had no issues.
First time in NOLA for my brother. This property didn’t disappoint along with the experience of the city. This was the icing on the cake. Beautiful property and quick response from property manager. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
