Granite countertops, tiled backsplash, updated sink and faucet. Unique, beauty, dishes; and all cookware necessary for preparing meals is included. The dining table seats four. The dining area opens up to the spacious living area, with Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors to the balcony-what an absolutely stunning view!!
The oceanfront master bedroom has a king-size bed, 43" TV and gorgeous en suite bathroom. Wake up to a view of the ocean with master bedroom balcony access. The master bath features a tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. Updated double vanity and lighting, granite countertops, and new mirrors. Lots of storage with custom shelving in the master bedroom closet!
The guest bedroom has a two twin-size beds, TV and updated en suite bathroom. The guest bath features a newly tiled shower with glass doors. Updated vanity and lighting, granite countertop, and new mirror. Full-size washer and dryer are located in the hallway.

~You will receive a check-in instruction packet via US MAIL 2-3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. The packet will include (2) cardboard parking passes and access code.
