- This cottage is for chilling and quality rest, not for gatherings.
- Anyone that has not been booked under the reservation
is not authorized to enter the building.
- Self check-in is anytime after 3pm
- Pets, we love, BUT the space his not large so no dogs over 40 lbs allowed.
- Smoke free building! Smoking anything indoors will cost
you deposit money! If you want to smoke please use the yard, or take a nice stroll around the neighborhood.
- I provide many amenities. If you do not need them, please
leave them for other guests to enjoy.
- Towels and other linens are for your enjoyment while you
are a guest. If you strongly feel that you need to take
towels, etc with you, you will be billed through Airbnb. (see price list)
- Please treat the neighbors with courtesy and respect.
- Please LOCK ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS and turn off
fans whenever you go in or out (do not forget the
bathroom window please).
- We are not responsible for lost items. Please make sure
you do not leave any belongings behind when you leave, we
cannot be responsible for items left on the premises.
- Please take care of this house as if it was your own. Leave
the house in same condition as you received it.
