This house is located in the resort of Sunriver with all the great Sunriver amenities. It is 13 miles to Bend.
Dog friendly with additional charge of $25/night and pre-authorization.
The space
1750 sq. foot house with reverse living plan gives you a an upper area with master (w/ King sized bed); Great Room with wood burning fireplace; bathroom; dining area w/large dining table; and kitchen w/island and 3 barstools.

This is a great 2-family home, because it also gives you a lower floor that has 2 bedrooms (one bedroom w/queen bed and one bedroom w/2 sets of bunks), bathroom, and den w/fold-out sofa. Since fold out sofas aren't known for being the most comfortable, there is also an inflatable mattress stored in the closet under the stairs. Linens for the air mattress and the foldout are in the downstairs hall closet. The den also has a 65” flat screen TV (new “2022) and VCR which is great for the kids to close the door, and enjoy themselves without bothering the parents!

The vaulted ceilings and large windows gives the upper level tons of natural sunlight. The entertainment center houses a TV/VCR/DVD and stereo.

This is a NON SMOKING house.

Other things to note
Be aware: There is no parking allowed on the street. You could be cited! There is ample parking for 4 cars between the area inside the garage and the outside area in front and at side of the garage.

There is a noise ordinance n Sunriver whereby outside loud noise Is prohibited after 10:00 p.m.
