The Space:
Thank you for considering our walk-to-beach 3-bedroom condo located in a 3-unit triplex complex. We have the other 2-bedroom units here as well upstairs, which are sometimes available.
Three-bedroom condos off the beach that allow 10 people and have a pool this close to the beach are rare. No annoying elevators—you can park and walk in.
This is a ground-floor unit with no stairs. All tile floors keep the space cool after a day at the beach. The onsite pool in the backyard is great for kids to wear themselves out. This pool is shared with the other 2 condos here and is quite large.
The condo is has some remodeling with semi-dated granite in the kitchen and older tile floors. It's not brand new by any means, but it's functional, clean and very nice.
The kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc for easy meal prep, including a blender for frozen margaritas. The large eat-in counter with granite opens to the living room, and there is also a large dining table.
While we allow up to 10 people in this condo, the bedding is not ideal for that. There is a King bed in 2 of the bedrooms, a queen in the 3rd bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the back room that's a full bed. We provide an airbed for 2 additional people, but please bring extra bedding if you plan on using
The 3-plex has 2 other two-bedroom condos upstairs that each allow 8 guests and may be booked together but this is rarely possible less than 60 days in advance—book early to get the entire complex for up to 26 guests.
A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed with off-street parking provided. If you have more than that, park off property, though parking is somewhat available (not guaranteed) on Gulf Blvd less than half a block away as property does tow and if you park on the side of the street you will be towed ($315 fee).
If you'd like to BBQ, while we don't provide a grill, you can do so in your parking spot in front of the property though it is not allowed by the pool. If you move one vehicle to Gulf Blvd that could work
We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th, as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us we would love to hook you up if you qualify.
We provide completely contactless entry via our E-locks, and operate locally as South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597. Door code is provided by 3 pm to the cell phone on file via text message day of check in. Linens & towels are provided.
We do provide basic toiletries, soaps, trash bags dishwasher pods, etc - though not replenished nor unlimited so please plan accordingly. While we have the highest level of internet available from Spectrum, wifi connection on the island frequently goes out – please make sure you are aware of this as we cannot guarantee the ‘net’ – this is an Island ïŠ
