Great spot, great value! Was able to bring my pup along for my getaway! Owners were very friendly and easy to talk to! Check in easy! Perfect spot close to Beavers Bend park! Perfect amount of space for our get away! Will recommend to my friends and family!
The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The only negative thing I would have is the master bed is a little small for two full size adults. But it is a cozy cabin. Lol
Location was great! (Except for the unexpected traffic due to road construction). The cabin was clean and comfortable and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay ! Thank you for an affordable weekend

Hi Theresa! Thank you for the kind review! The roads are awful this year with all the construction going on but we expect it to be done by next year!
The owners were easy to contact and quick to reply! Very cozy and spacious cabin in convenient location right off of main highway that everything you need is on. The lake, and stores are all with 15min drive either direction. Definitely will be staying with this property again
It’s a good place to crash for the night cause pet friendly but if you are a wanting a true cabin getaway this place isn’t for you. Location 5/5 Right across from beavers bend state park so if you a outdoorsman looking for a place to crash for the night it’s good location also walkable to liquor store just on other side of fence. Overall better than motels in town and felt safeNoise/ traffic 1 out of 5It’s directly off the big highway about 50 yards and you hear construction through out day as they are doing construction directly out the window on highway as of 5/18/36. You hear cars and see headlights all night. bathroom door creeks to hell and you have to lift up and push to actually close the door so you hear any one getting up in the night. simply needs to just be replaced not a wd40 fix Entrance 1 out of 5 Apple Maps has you turn into wrong place before where cabin is and the actual entrance just the next entrance down, it has a has a messed up curb and I scraped my bumper 3 times despite going super slow. is also big gravel driveway so wouldn’t bring nice car if you worried about chips. Inside 2 out 5Was clean but missing hand soap, had to run to store to get some. Stove made weird smell. Tv weren’t able to connect but could have been user error. WIFI CUT OFF 3 times in the middle of college exam almost booted me off. Don’t stay if you that’s important where you go.

I wanted to love this cabin based on prior reviews. However, they didn't have pictures showing that the cabin is now in the middle of a construction zone! We got there 30 min early ( the hosts excuse for it not being ready) The bathroom door was ripped off the hinges and wouldn't close. Took 3 days for someone to even look at it. Someone came to "repair" it. But it still wouldn't even close. The host wanted us to use the bath house on the property instead of being able to use the one in the cabin that we paid for. There were dirty towels left hanging from previous guests and it took 2 days for someone to retrieve them. One bed had no linens. There was no internet all week and I could not work. The host kept making promises to make everything right, but it was never done. If you close the door to the back bedroom for any length if time, it smells like mildew. It is definitely not a queen bed in the bedroom. It is a full size mattress sitting on a queen box spring. We took our shoes off outside of the door and the floor turned our feet black on the first day (assuming it was never mopped). I've never left a review like this before and feel bad for doing so. It was just a terrible experience for us. If I hadn't paid in full, we most certainly would have left. The host offered no remedies or compensation.

Hey Danielle,
We do appreciate your business and staying with us, and are sorry it wasn't the 5 star experience you were hoping for, and hope to do better in the future!
We do want to address some of the things you mentioned though:
The missing bed linens you referred to was because you arrived before check-in time and our staff hadn't been able to complete getting the cabin fully ready for you, we did get that taken care of right away and allowed you to arrive early still.
As for the construction, that is going through the whole town of Broken Bow as they are fixing HWY 259- but yes that is unfortunately located by the cabin as we are located off the highway.
As we expressed profusely during your stay, we are very for the bathroom door hinges and towels left. The towels and bathroom door we were unaware of before your arrival, and our staff did make several attempts to come by and fix that within 1-2 days however you weren't in and we do not enter the cabin without guest permission. We did try and offer other solutions for using our other bathroom facilities if the door being off was an issue, but we understand that is still not ideal.
We did everything in our power to get someone out multiple times to assist with any issues that arose during your stay during one of the busiest times of year in Broken Bow being Memorial Day weekend/first week of summer.
And are pleased we were able to get all of these issues resolved during your stay regardless!
Cozy tiny town cabin close to everything we had planned on our agenda. The cabin was right off main road and easy to find. Equipped and comfy. Easy check in and check out. We truly enjoyed our stay
Nice little cabin to have as your homebase while you explore Hochatown and Beavers Bend as its centrally located to everything. You can walk from the cabin to a nice Winery and Bistro, putt putt golf, go karts and an ice cream shop.

Thank you Jessica, glad to see that the cabin was just what you needed for a great getaway. I enjoyed hosting and would love to host again sometime.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Durango cabin. It was perfect for my husband and me. The location is great, super close to the Beaver’s Bend State Park entrance and not far from all the other fun Broken Bow and Hochatown have to offer!
