Great restaurants and night life within walking distance. Clearwater Beach is about a 7- 10-minute walk from the condo, Florida Free Rides will get you to the beach for a tip. Pier 60 is 10-12 min walk, Marina, fishing boats, jet skis, dinner cruises about 12-15 min walk.

Great restaurants and nightlife are close by. The Brown Boxer is across the street and is a casual sports bar with entertainment. Very good food also!
Cesars is also across the street and offer 5 star Italian food. Shephard's is on the next street over and has live music all day and night. It has a small beach, a night club and a very good restaurant. Jimmy's Fish House has excellent food and is on the water on the next street over. We also like to have Florida free rides ride us to the Palm Pavilion for dinner on the beach and then walk down the beach to Pier 60 for the sunset festival.
The closest Beach access is on the next street over behind Winter the Dolphin resort or at Shephards Tiki bar and resort. Shephard's has live music, restaurant, night club and Tiki Bar. It's about a 2 minute walk from the condo.
The Condo is located in the most desirable area of Clearwater Beach (South Beach) The condo is in a very quiet location but is also within walking distance to all the action. Restaurants, night clubs, beach bars, miniature golf, are all on the next street over. The Jolly trolley stop is on the next street over and will take you on a tour of Clearwater Beach and Sand Key Park.
Stop off at the Marina for the Pirate ship, Speed boats, Para-sailing, fishing boats and charters.
Across the street from the Marina is Clearwater Beach. It has a playground, restaurants, ice-cream, fishing Pier and more.
We supply all linens, towels, beach towels and 2 beach chairs.
Pier 60 has a Sunset Festival every night and is a great spot to watch the sunset. It will have crafts, street actors , food and music. Florida Free Rides will take you anywhere on the beach for free! They get paid by advertisers and tips. They run from 9am to 3am.

This condo, combines the intimacy of a studio apartment with the sense of a one bedroom unit. The layout with the bedroom area with 2 Queen beds, a desk and wifi separated from the living room area makes this one of the more
desirable studios. The room darkening front room curtains provide an extended morning snooze. The condo is located on the second floor and overlooks the pool. The building does have an elevator. There is 1 assigned parking space with additional parking on the street.
The entertainment center includes an 43" HD flat screen TV with a DVD player, DVD movies and board games.
The kitchenette, with a refrigerator, 4 burner stove, oven and microwave is the perfect size for a small breakfast, quick lunch or reasonable dinner. This is the only unit in the building with an oven. Plenty table and counter space to enjoy your meal or partake in a board game.

In the bedroom area, there is a desk with a high speed Internet cable internet, Wi-Fi.
The walk-in closet/bathroom has a separate vanity area, hair dryer and iron.
The balcony has a view of the private grounds with an available BBQ grill, patio table, the pool and the Intra-coastal Waterway.
Within close proximity you will find several restaurants, miniature golf and beach shopping. The white sand of Clearwater Beach is about a 4 block, 10 minute walk away. A 20 minute walk takes you up to Pier 60 and the Clearwater Marina where you can arrange all sorts of things to do out on the Gulf or the Intracoastal Waterway.

You will have one FREE assigned parking spot in the parking lot. There is also parking on the street (payment required).
Jolly trolley has stops up and down the beach and sells a weekly pass for a very reasonable price.
Tip only free beach ride has cars and gulf carts giving rides on the beach for tips.
