Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all garbage is removed completely from the property and disposed of in the community garbage disposal next to the member services office on Decker.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No 3rd party bookings. Guest of record must be present during time of stay. $75 additional fee may be charged for last minute bookings.
Fire pit must be SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES and FULLY EXTINGUISHED when done. Only cut wood may be burned and EMBER SCREEN must be used.

Perfect vacation home!

Nice location to have a vacation in Pocono mountains, community is close to many attractions including Bushkill falls and market place to enjoy local food joints.

Nice home! Very cozy, well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet. Streets were well maintained after snowstorm. Host responded quickly to questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful overnight stay

There were 10 of us staying overnight at the property. Everything described in the listing was accurate. Communication with the host was quick, efficient and accommodating to our needs. Hanging out around the fire we made in the fire pit made for a really great time with friends. Highly recommend!

Amazing property and location

I would highly recommend this house for staying because of the cleanliness, amenities and directions were clear and wasy to follow. Everything was organzied and it was so easy to communicate with the host.It was just like a house away from home. This house is just perfect, kitchen is compact and contains everthing one needs. Beds are comfortable, bathroom and deck are excellent and the location is incredible. Would love to come back and stay here in future.

Nice getaway!

Michael was super helpful with everything! We enjoyed our stay and took full advantage of the family room area- there were lots of Pac Man competitions. We visited Milford which is a fun town with lots to do and biked on the trails by the Delaware. Even with some rainy weather we had a great time.

Fantastic New Years Getaway

We had the best time being cozy indoors most of the days with friends for the New Years weekend! The house was clean and beautiful. It was spacious for 3 family with kids and we did not feel ontop of eachother. The kids especially loved the game room downstairs and we barely saw them all weekend! We all had the best time and the host was so quick to respond to questions and the ease from booking to checking out was wonderful! We look forward to coming back!

Best Trip Ever

It’s Rare for a mom group to littles to get out but we did it. Best trip ever. The house was stunning and well equipped. Very clean and updated. Plenty of space and cozy. Beautiful outside setting. Mike was amazing with us and completely and always answered swiftly when we couldn’t figure things out. He was very sweet in accommodating our needs as well. Can’t wait to go back!

Clean, tidy and organized

We arrived to our house for the week and noticed it was a high ranch. I didnt see that in the photos, truthfully I was expecting a cabin in the woods type of home. But, this house did not dissappoint. It was super clean and organized. The patio furniture area was in need of a power wash only because there had been tons of rain recently. When I mentioned it to the owner, he immediately got his crew to come over and address it!! That impressed us. Development was nice. Lots of deer! We used the pool 2x. If you dont have key fabs its pricey but a very good pool area. Clean and great views! Snack area and bar was a good bonus. Surrounding area was ok. Best diner is Mt Bethel. Truly the best. This was a great experience with our family. We left with great memories, you will too.
