SEA LA VIE - Newly constructed 3 story home conveniently tucked away in Inlet Beach, FL. This beautiful 4 Bedroom/ 3.5 Bath / Bunk Room and Loft provides sleeping spaces for 9 comfortably. This home is only 0.5 miles from the beach and minutes from all that 30A has to offer. Visit nearby Rosemary and Alys Beach, spend your sun-filled days at the Inlet Beach Regional Public Beach Access (the largest public beach access in South Walton), or enjoy Camp Helen State Park with its array of trails. You can travel easily by bike to the Donut Hole and shopping (and other dining options) at the newly developed 30Avenue shopping center.

As you enter the home on the main level, you will find a beautifully decorated living room, kitchen, and dining room with 11 ft ceilings and plenty of space for you and your family. The kitchen is stocked with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and dining seating for 9. Our back patio comes with a gas grill. The garage has a beach wagon and 2 beach cruiser bikes.

The second floor boasts three bedrooms. The Master Suite is accompanied by a king-sized bed, beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity for two, toilet, and closet. The remaining bedrooms on this floor share a full bathroom and each offer a queen size bed. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located to these bedrooms.

The third floor offers a spacious secondary living space in the loft perfect for entertaining. In this space has a over sized sectional with plenty of seating, and a 65-inch television. As you continue down the hallway, you will find a full bathroom along with a bunk room. The room has 1 Twin Bed and 1 Queen Bed.

inlet beach house

Very much enjoyed our stay at this house at Inlet beach. Spotless clean. Very Well equipped kitchen, and also gas BBQ outside that was great to grill some fish. Comfortable beds and the AC worked Great in 95 degree summer heat. The bikes were very handy for a ride to the beach. Walk to beach was about 10 minutes, no problem. I'd stay here again for certain.

Beautiful and convenient

Home was beautiful and conveniently located. Would recommend pre-planning meals when staying in this area because all the restaurants get packed quickly and basically none accept reservations. Getting in touch with property manager was sometimes difficult. We got a warning from the HOA for where we parked the boat the first night (we were limited on time to find someplace else due to boat arrival time) and despite it being a warning they still apparently fined the homeowner and subsequently us. Parking at any of these homes is a struggle for more than 1 full sized vehicle, so keep that in mind. All vehicles must stay in the confines of the property lot lines, but you can’t park on the grass of course and the driveways are ultra tiny. Home came equipped with lots of awesome items but we found about half of them to be broken and unusable. Got good use out of the two bikes when we had to go back and forth between house and beach. Overall, would stay again but wouldn’t be my top choice.

Sweet spot

This rental was very nice & clean, had a well stocked kitchen and location was great. Access to public beach with parking. Great upstairs space for teens. Comfy furniture! Close to PCB, Rosemary Beach, and Camp Helen.

Spring Break

Great place! Brand new so it needs things like blinds, etc but all in all this place was perfect!! Clean, close to beach, quiet area and perfect for families big or small!!

Great Place and new in 2023!

Very nice overall experience here. It is an easy bike ride from public beach access, and it has 2 bikes already here. The new house is roomy enough for a family gathering and has a nice den for the kids to play on 3rd floor. The small garage is a great place to store your bikes and beach gear.
