I didn’t even stay in that place because was really an healthy it smell really bad like mold no A/C no TV duty Floors i’m asking for my money back because I didn’t even stay there. I called Sharon and I told her. I took some pictures and the video and I sent it to her I need to know where can I submit a complaint?

Not exactly what we were expecting :(
Pictures misrepresent the state of accommodations. House is very old, bathroom is falling apart and we asked for an ocean view room - you could barely see it out of one corner of the window. The rest of the view was of construction. “Farm to table breakfast” is a bit of a stretch too - basically everything was store bought except the tomatoes from the patio - which was a mess. Host didn’t even bother to ask us when we would like breakfast or if any dietary restrictions, nor did she ask if we enjoyed our stay. Seems she doesn’t seem to care really!
