Host was very welcoming! Our family takes a trip to Mammoth every year and this place has become a favorite. Easy access to the unit, cozy feel and lots of amenities. Great place for a group/family trip to Mammoth!

The Host was very communicative and helpful in providing appropriate instructions on how to arrive and enter the condo. There was more than enough space for the group. The pellet fire place was a crowd favorite. Would love to stay here again on our next trip.

Condo was good for the five of us singles.Kitchen and bed.rooms were well appointed with all needed. However, when we arrived we’d spilled some ice on kitch floor. When my gf wiped it up with a paper towel , it was black and so unclean! Further inspection of bathrooms also found the floors to be unclean . We all wore sandals inside for the rest of our stay. In the downstairs bedroom, the bed frames stuck out so bad that we hit our legs and ended up placing towels on the sharp corners to avoid further injury.One of the upstairs bedrooms had the bed in front of the window and couldn’t be opened. Fresh air would’ve been a plus .Other than those items, the condo was nice, good location, quiet, and we did use jacuzzi .

We were disappointed to read your comments regarding the floors, as we have been renting this property for approximately 16 years and have consistently received very positive feedback regarding the condo and its cleanliness. This is certainly not the standard we expect, nor is it representative of the experience our guests have typically had over the years. That said, we take your comments seriously and have addressed the flooring concerns directly with our cleaning team. We are also reviewing the downstairs bed-frame corners and the placement of the upstairs bed to see what improvements can reasonably be made. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and are pleased that, aside from those concerns, you found the condo comfortable, well appointed and in a good location.
