Beautiful 2 story luxury condo, newly furnished and decorated in a contemporary Asian style. All the details of the finishes, furniture, decoration and lighting make the place unique. The BBQ and pool veneered with imported stone from Indonesia, the stone statue and fountain that throws water into the pool, the marble sinks in the bathrooms and all the furniture and decoration chosen by our interior designer makes the place magical.
The space
On the ground floor it has a living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, bathroom, garage with electric gate and independent entrance, as well as a beautiful terrace that leads directly to the pool and BBQ. Upstairs it has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. 100 MB OF INTERNET BY CABLE + WIFI. A/C and Smart TV in the living room and in the bedrooms.

The back yard that includes the Pool, Gardens and BBQ area, is a common area shared only with the 5 units of the condominium, and the garage with independent entrance and the entire condominium number 2 are for the exclusive use of the guests of the condominium number 2

Very well kept property down the road from the beach.

I was very impressed with how well the property was taken care of. We made use of the pool for several days. We decided against walking to the Main Street or the beach and took our car to get to both. Otherwise we really enjoyed being there.

Best place in Jaco Beach!

This place is amazing. Very secure and almost on the strip.The host Maricel was very nice and friendly. Place is quite and has everything. Highly recomended!
