Espectacular

Check in muy ágil, condomio muy bien equipado, súper limpio. Todo funcionaba perfectamente, una maravilla hospedarse aquí. No una queja alguna, totalmente recomendado

First and last

We waited outside door for hours on first day unable to enter our unit. E.mail I was sent said to enter lockbox code, keys in lockbox. Code was incorrect. No one on site would help us. I called Vacasa a few times and was told someone local would help us. No one contacted us or came to help. Finally after pleading with security again and again to help, they showed us how lockbox code was actually a smart type door. We lost the whole first day. We should have read reviews about Vacassa and lack of any help before booking. FYI had to touch at least 1 star to leave review. Preferred 0 stars!

Fabulous

Lovely, spacious, modern apartment with amazing pool area. Great aircon in all rooms with all the amenities needed. My only slight complaint was that even though they have 5Ghz internet, they only provide the login details for the 2.4Ghz so internet is slow. Jaco Bay is close to the centre of Jaco, literally a 5 min walk. Loved it and would definitely stay here again
